Clean, safe, self-contained, isolated 1BR apartment with fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio and grill on Asbury's quiet, neighborhoody west side. Lushly landscaped, with a private, isolated, outdoor patio. I provide bicycles, and backpack beach chairs for a quick ride (or walk) to the beach or downtown. “The value of the apartment is high, but you really get what you pay for. The apartment comes with many utilities for you to cook, even if you forget body soap or your hair dryer you will find it there. It is a perfect apartment for a summer vacation. Parking during COVID times was easy. Getting to the beach was a 5 min drive with plenty of public parking. Communication was great at all times. We loved eating at MOGO Korean Tacos and at Playa Bowl, other than that we would cook at the house just fine.”

“Gia’s place is exactly what we needed for our girls getaway. It’s in a quiet location, and it is easy to relax. There were thoughtful little touches throughout, coffee in the kitchen, towels for the pool, and soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Gia herself a treasure. Checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was very quick to respond if we had any questions. She even offered to drive us to the beach so we didn’t have to worry about parking. We will definitely be back!”
