Monthly Rentals in Belleville, Paris

It was an excellent stay experience. The apartment has a nice vibe, it is spacious, cute furniture, a comfortable bed and bed linen. The host is incredibly thoughtful and you will find absolutely everything to live comfortably for more than a week. He made sure that you do not have to think about everyday life and buy shampoo, shower gel, powder and so on in your trip. The kitchen is lovely furnished too in case you want to cook something. Of the disadvantages - the apartment itself is cold (but this is easily solved by electric heaters), not the best noise insulation - you will hear a child singing loudly through the wall while parents gather it to school, haha. Also not too much space to spread out and hang clothes. When we encountered difficulties, Sinclair quickly got in touch and did everything to help. That's why I wasn't confused by the small inconveniences at all. I recommend staying here!

Pierre is an incredibly nice and thoughtful Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. Incidentally, the room was equipped with everything essentials, so you don't actually have to worry about anything. The only minor downside may be that the walls are a little thin. However, the quiet hours are observed, so that this did not represent a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

Good placement to be everywhere in Paris 10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing 2-month stay here. Great neighborhood with a variety of affordable restaurants of many different countries. There is also a couch, which was not visible on the pictures but was very nice to have. Overall, a great stay, with a very responsive and nice host.
