We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Great peaceful place Really enjoyed my stay

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Julien’s place is utterly charming, a joy to spend time in. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden an oasis of quiet and tranquility. The location an absolute gem, a rarity in the heart of Paris. Julien was a very attentive and generous host and made us feel very welcome in his home. He responded to our queries promptly and offered very good recommendations for restaurants . He also gave us access to his garage - a fantastic bonus, reducing all the stresses and anxiety associated with trying to park in a large city. Thank you Julien. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortably slept 4 of us, especially with the 2 separate bathrooms. The large balcony is especially nice with a glass of wine in the evening. To get into the city with an uber is only around €25ish. Or there is 2 very close metro stations and it’s even cheaper. Lots of little supermarkets and cafe/bars around the area also.

We felt very comfortable in Françoise's studio! A loving and very individually furnished apartment with bohemian flair. For us, it was the perfect retreat in bustling Paris. The location of the studio is very quiet and the courtyard is a small, green oasis. It's also great that you can get everything you need for your daily needs on foot right on your doorstep. Bus and metro are also very close. The contact with Françoise and her neighborhood was extremely friendly❤️. We would have liked to stay longer...

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

Stephane's place is more than great and amazing, it is very clean and everything you will need is there. He is definitely a super host, he provided us instructions/directions to the place and it was a seamless check in/out. Regularly check on us and made recommendations, very responsive. We will definitely stay in his place next time.

Christophe was a very nice host, very responsive and proactive. The duplex appartement is spacious and a has nice small garden .

Good location. Very near a Metro. Perfect for a few nights. Cafes/Restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Apartment was clean and all amenities needed. Very comfortable. Clémence was easily contactable and gave clear instructions. Definitely recommend and I will stay again when next in Paris.

Even though we haven't seen Antoine (we arrived very late), you really notice that it's a host! I had some questions from time to time and they responded almost immediately. Thinks a lot. Location is good. The metro is within walking distance and a good bakery around the corner. Apartment is big enough for 2 people and was neat. We can highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice apartment in Paris!

This was a perfect home away from home while we were in Paris to run the marathon! An elevator for our sore legs, a deep bathtub for soaking, coffee and espresso machine for late mornings, a comfortable bed and quiet space near the top floor with beautiful views. Such a relief to feel so comfortable far away from home.

Had an amazing time at Amanda's place! This was our first time staying in and exploring the 11th and it was full of surprises with amazing eateries, wine bars, and cafes. It was so nice to come back to a spacious place in Paris!

Such an elegant place! There are 3 rooms (one bedroom and 2 living spaces) with floor to ceiling windows/doors that each go out on to a balcony, overlooking a tree lined street and Parisian rooftops. Beautiful high ceilings! Perfect natural lighting. You can lay in bed and look out the gorgeous window onto the charming urban scenery. The place has thoughtful and modern decoration and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The water stays hot forever. It was close to a late night super market, and a bakery in the morning. Close metro stops to get you quickly to anywhere in Paris. It reminded me of my former Victorian flat in Haight Ashbury district of San Francisco. Mysterious and romantic vibes as well. My husband and I loved our stay here. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

We had a very enjoyable experience which was our first air b and b trip. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Great location near RER Station for easy access to Paris and the locality has a beautiful park and the town of Sceaux in walking distance is worth visiting at least once. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
