A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely bungalow, especially the open kitchen and dining area. Exactly as described. Pretty well equipped with most things you'd need for a shorter or longer stay. Great location and handy for the bus into Harrogate. Shop, take away and playpark less than 5 mins walk away.

Sarah is a perfect host! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even troubleshooting when I couldn't figure out how to open the door in the back garden. The the house is very cozy and tidy and convenient for local attractions. Highly recommend!

He and his wife had a very comfortable stay in a great location, central to everything, so that they could enjoy our lovely Town.
