Monthly Rentals in Beaverdam

Leah’s place was beautiful! On top of that, Leah and John helped us when we got stuck with our trailer. They were so kind about it, even with the fact that it happened at 5 am. We stayed here as a pit stop from our cross-country move, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for my visit to Manakin-Sabot. Beautiful country setting but not far from 250 and 64. Super clean, quiet, adorable space with plenty of room. TV, internet & a/c worked great! Kitchen was stocked with bottled water, Kurig coffee, dishes, flatware, etc. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and quiet! Our host left lots of helpful information on how things work (tv, etc.) Could not have been nicer! I hope to stay here again!

The Cozy Cottage was fantastic! Rose was an excellent host and made sure all things that were necessary to make our stay great for our family vacation were there. Hot tub was a plus and the backyard for our pup was perfect! Very quiet and very private location. We felt right at home! Hope to come again! Thank you Rose!

It was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time here! There was some dirt and acorns in between the couch cushions when we took out the couch bed but otherwise the house was spotless and the host is very responsive and kind!
