Very nice apartment, friendly and helpful host, perfect location close to casino, only 1 thing was sad about building because every day for 2-3hours lift not working and apartment on the 6 floor

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

BEAUTIFUL view from the hill and very peaceful and private. This home was lovely and comfortable, and the description was extremely accurate. I appreciate that the description was forthcoming on the MANY steps up to the property from the coastline. I was attending a conference at La Meridian, which was 26 steps up, 427 steps down and then five elevator flights down from the apartment! However, the walk was pretty quick and I didn’t mind it. If you don’t like stairs, rent a car! The apartment is very clean and modern and I loved the balcony and view. I appreciated the great communication from my hosts and was very pleased with this booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!

Having safe parking available right next door was a huge advantage for us. The location was ideal—an excellent starting point in every direction and within easy walking distance to both the harbor and the casino. The host was incredibly responsive, even during the evening hours, which we really appreciated. We were also grateful for the flexibility of an early check-in and a late checkout. A truly seamless experience—this stay definitely deserves all 5 stars!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

We loved our holiday in Nice, we wanted access to good walking/hiking and also a taste of the city and to visit its many art museums. The flat is in a great location with the port, old town and Prom des Anglais within walking distance, and has an absolutely fabulous view of Nice from the balcony. We enjoyed having dinner on it so much that we didn’t eat out as much as we’d expected to! Boulevard Carnot takes you out towards Monaco, the views are breathtaking and there are plenty of places to walk, eat swim and a couple of great gardens to visit way before you hit Monaco itself. We hired a car do this exploring, but there are frequent buses to Villefranche and beyond.The apartment was perfect for the two of us. One person had to sleep against a wall but we got used to this quickly and the bed is comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and not used much when we were there in May.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Great location, wonderful views, nice stay, clean bathrooms, kitchen and facilities. A little on the costly side, nevertheless it was a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a great time at this place. The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The bed was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the outside. Alain was very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

We had four wonderful days at Wilma‘s place. The apartment is really nice and the view from the balcony to Monaco is priceless. Wilma was really friendly and communication was super easy!
