Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

We had a great time at Marco's place. The view from the terrace allows you to see the bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and part of the new Monaco. Ideal location for a visit to Monaco and its surroundings on foot. Thank you for your welcome and your instructions that allowed us to the accommodation without any problems. Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable, both in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. It should also be noted that the accommodation is very well equipped for a stay of even several days. A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

the apartment is spacious, impeccable, the owners have put a lot of small touches for the comfort of the occupants, we don't always think of power strips, insecticides, etc. impeccable linen, very comfortable bed. The equipment, gym, swimming pool, are a very appreciable plus. Thank you to Joanna and André-Pierre for this pleasant stay.

Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment near Monaco. Ideally located 5min drive from the entrance of Monaco, with private parking. The accommodation is perfect: comfortable, clean, well-equipped, very nice tastefully decorated with magnificent views! Everything came together for a great stay! The host is very responsive and friendly. The guide to visiting Monaco was very appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

The view is absolutely stunning!! The tent was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, aswell as the bathroom/kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean and checkin/out was super easy too! The only thing i would say is, i wouldn’t recommend walking up as there are over 400 steps up to the accommodation which was super tiring with bags and in the heat, i would use the local bus which is still a 13 minute walk from the accommodation but makes it less tiring 😅

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, we feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

What a lovely apartment, the view as you walk through the door just takes your breath away, the apartment has everything you need for a getaway and the added extra of the use of the pool just made the trip. The owners were very responsive and helpful nothing was too much to ask! I would stay here again no doubt

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

A very nice place with a great private garden and sea view. The beach and Monaco are within walking distance. The landlord was very nice, the check-in uncomplicated. We can recommend the property!

Beautiful stay, a little challenging to find but not hard. Great location, but if you’re looking to visit Monaco it is somewhat of a distance to get to, no taxi service from Beausoleil to Monaco but you can get a taxi service from Monaco to Beausoleil. Ubers do exist as well just not at night.

The apartment is cosy, but elegant with everything you need for a stay in Monaco. The location is fantastic to walk around the area, very close to the Casino. Laurence was always very quick to respond to any questions I had, which was really helpful and even sent a video on how to get into the apartment. A lovely stylish place, that I would highly recommend to stay at
