Monthly Rentals in Bearley

This was the first time that we'd used AirBnB and it was a bit of a revelation; the only downside being that Emma has set such a very high bar that we wonder whether everyone else will only prove to be disappointing by comparison! The original structure of Emma's cosy, quirky barn may be over 250 years old but she has clearly put a lot of thought into its renovation and the modern facilities offered. Considering the barn's rural location, it was genuinely a very pleasant surprise that (for a change!) the barn's tech all worked seamlessly, whilst several little personal, luxury touches and a truly warm welcome meant that we instantly felt at ease and relaxed in great comfort. We were desperate for a cosy, easy paced break within easy reach of a good local pub (The Snitterfield Arms) and nearby farm shop. Emma's Barn provided all that and more. It was such a tonic ahead of a second family funeral in 5 weeks, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to return!

A lovely place set back from the road (behind a convenient shop!). Cosy, peaceful and comfortable. And the snooker table was a bonus!

Had a wonderful stay cottage was beautiful away from everything handy beer garden depending how fast you walk 15/20 mins away , nearest village Alcester was lovely but our main reason was to visit Stratford 25 mins away everything you need in the cottage & comfy beds didn't see Emma or James but they was always responsive if needed can certainly recommend lovely countryside all round Carol&Paul

Everything about Little Croft Cottage was absolutely amazing. Debbie made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had our own plentiful parking space, plus lots of beautiful outside space to enjoy the sunshine on our own private patio. The cottage was very well equipped with everything required to make it a super pleasant stay. Debbie and her husband Paul gave us so many tips about the area which were invaluable. The location is absolutely brilliant, there is so much to see and do in the area, Stratford Upon Avon with its history, shops, restaurants and river is just a short walk or there is free parking nearby. We are so pleased we made the choice to stay at Little Croft, even our cat didn’t want to leave, it was an absolute pleasure, so much so I shed a little tear as I left. Thank you Debbie and Paul for helping us on our journey and making our stay with you so amazing and memorable, we loved every second of it, miss you already. Angela, Mark and William the cat
