We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is decorated with great taste, clean and well located. The environment is very quiet, we don't get tired of the magnificent view.

Very well located apartment: supermarket very close on foot, chemin des douaniers at the foot of the residence, particularly remarkable site! The apartment does not have a reserved parking space and the few spaces available in the driveway are very quickly occupied! Toilet a little cramped, new bedding and very good quality. Very large stay. We had a lovely week!!

Very well-equipped, clean accommodation and a very friendly hostess. Ideal location for the Rocher de l'Ours climbing site 400 m via the coastal path. Ideal beach in the open sea for those who do not like rocks. Village 2 km away, very accessible by bike.

We had a great stay at Jean-Yves'! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The hosting was warm and communication seamless from start to finish. He recommended several places to visit in the area, which made our stay even richer. I highly recommend this address and will not hesitate to come back if we are passing through Le Croisic. A great, spacious apartment, absolutely good location right by the sea with a view over the whole bay from a large balcony on the 4th floor. Gilles is very friendly, flexible, helpful and always available. The parking space directly at the apartment is advantageous. The location, the place, the apartment and the host are perfect - we will come back.

A taste of "come back" with certainty: we loved the beautiful entrance with flowery and fragrant wisteria, the character and history of this accommodation and the magnificent view of the sea and the vegetation. a peaceful place where it is good to live. easy access to all amenities. we stayed with a 2 year old child: the terrace can be closed which is very safe. In short, we are charmed and highly recommend this rental!

We had a great stay in Pouliguen in this apartment located in the Domaine de Cramphore residence. The residence is very pleasant, quiet and perfectly suited to families. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the wild coast for beautiful walks. Philippe's accommodation is a little gem, everything is there to feel good, quiet! The setting is peaceful, the private terrace is great, the pool is very nice, the accommodation and its large bay windows are really nice, very well equipped, the bedding is comfortable, there is reserved parking in the property at the foot of the accommodation! Philippe is very friendly and friendly! The most pleasant thing: the additional SPA option for 1h30 of change of scenery and relaxation with the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi in a beautiful setting! The accommodation is even nicer in reality, very bright. You won't be disappointed by booking this "la vie est belle" cottage!

We had a pleasant stay in this nice private apartment. Amenities are quality and very clean. Small downside, we came on a day of high heat and the apartment being in the attic it was a little hot. The only way to refresh it was to open the windows. Apart from that, everything was great! The neighborhood is quiet and the hosts are lovely! I recommend it:)
