Great stay at Le Croisic! The apartment is very well located, right in the center, close to all shops, and free parking. It matches the description, the cellar is a plus for bikes. All comforts are available and the bedding is very popular. Small downsides: sound insulation and the sink is a little small. Very beautiful decoration, synonymous with holidays. Good luck

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

Very good accommodation in Batz-sur-Mer. Whether to go to the center, or to the beach, no need to take the car because it is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes walk to the center, less than 10 minutes to the beach). Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The terrace is a very nice plus. Perfect welcome by Chantal, responsive and always smiling. Thanks again ☺️

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

The location, the layout of the rooms, the garden are perfect. The beds are super comfortable, as well as the bed linen and towels. We loved it and plan on coming back.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

Very well-appointed and designed modern apartment. Location in the center 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and just a 10-minute walk from the market. The beach and embankment are a 10 minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very, very clean and especially very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and we're still happy.
