Monthly Rentals in Barwon River

We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

Great location on main road of Barwon Heads but set back so there was no road noise. Craig was a great host and so responsive

Beautiful house, peaceful and quiet location but only a 2 minute drive to the main street and easy to walk into town or to the river. Great space for families, we went with 2 young children and friends of ours with a toddler as well. The two separate living spaces make it great for sharing with another family. Plenty of space outside for pets and kids as well. Next time we're in Barwon Heads, we'll definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovley little stay at Pat's beautiful boatshed. Everything we needed (could want) was at our fingertips and it was snug and warm, which was perfect on a wet and wintery weekend. Pat's communication was excellent; we couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend! Thanks Pat 🙂.
