Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Barrington

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Rob’s place! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the waterfront view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We took several walks in nearby Rocky Point Park. The home is beautiful with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Highly recommend Wendy's place! The location is amazing, and Wendy has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The space is artfully decorated with fun touches everywhere. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we also took advantage of the local recommendations to enjoy some fabulous restaurants. We especially appreciated all the high-quality beach gear - there were plenty of towels, chairs, bags, blankets, and coolers for us to use. We'd love to stay at Wendy's again!

Spent two nights on a girls trip. Place was easy to get to. Get little area with plenty to do...

This place was great! I was looking for somewhere in the Warwick area and it exceeded expectations in regard to location. The house had plenty of room for me to spread out and lounge and get the work I needed done. It had two living room areas so there were options for where you wanted to watch TV. It checked off all the boxes for what I needed and then some. Naoufal was very communicative and even provided extra food for me which was very thoughtful. The house is at the very end of the street and blocked by trees on the one side so it feels more private than the rest of the neighborhood which I like. Great spot, thank you!

Everything about Tonya’s place was as advertised! The home was cozy, clean and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was completely stocked with every pot, pan and knife you could possibly need. The lake was beautiful and the people we saw while utilizing the available kayaks were very friendly. We loved the decor or every room and would completely stay there again!!

It was a very relaxing home surrounded by beautiful waterfront wildlife( a pair of swans and other birds ) and views. It was well worth the stay and I would like to stay there again and I would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

The outdoor space of the accommodation is beautiful—very calm and peaceful. With the GPS and Cathleen’s directions, it was very easy to find the place. The house is very well equipped—from the kitchen and bathroom to the living room—and the bed is super comfortable. It’s definitely worth staying for more than just one night, which unfortunately wasn’t possible for us. Cathleen’s parents are incredibly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Tom and Cindi were wonderful hosts. Their Airbnb was immaculate, very well equipped. Situated in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood you are close to several fantastic restaurants. The view of the shoreline is a few steps away with Newport and all it's attractions only a 30 minute ride.

Had such a great stay at Michael’s place. He provided very clear instructions for check-in, which was extremely helpful as we got in later at night than we had originally intended. The space itself was cute and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Zero complaints, will stay here again in the future!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

This was one of my top 5 airbnb stays for so many reasons! The weather was cool enough for a fire and then I could go to sleep with the breeze coming in the windows to the sound of the sea and then wake up to the sound of birds chirping! The hosts had thought of every kind of provision, including hard boiled eggs, pastries, light snacks and cold water. Coffee and tea for any time of day. The walk to the beach was perfect and then a fire at night made it exceptional. I will definitely be back!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was absolutely amazing- walkable to so many things but quiet. The place was spacious, clean and homey. The LavAzza coffee machine was a great touch, as were the full size appliances (and built in ice maker)! On site parking was more valuable than anticipated. Just a short drive to all the other Newport attractions, and it was so nice to be able to know you weren’t losing your valuable Peking spot upon your return. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Newport!

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great location in Newport! The overall space was nice and clean.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
