Really appreciated their allowing us to put our electric bikes in a fenced area out of sight as we had some concerns. Francis and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Mary’s place was the perfect spot for unwinding and to enjoy all Bristol has to offer. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Mary was exceptionally helpful and amazingly responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

As an AirBnB host myself, I'm very picky about the places I choose to stay when travelling, and I would give Scott's loft 6 stars if I could. A tidy, clean, cozy, secure and well-organized space situated in the heart of historic downtown Providence, it puts the entire city at your fingertips. Its walkable proximity to the convention center, multiple universities, galleries, nightlife and fine dining took our visit to the next level, and the host's communication was reliably prompt and helpful. (Nearby runnning/walking routes are a physically active traveler's dream.) Even after our arriving flights to Rhode Island were cancelled, Scott was patient, understanding and flexible. The unit is highly secure even though the surrounding neighborhood is totally safe; nearby parking is ample and check-in was a breeze. This is a gem of a spot to which I'd absolutely return. Full 5 stars.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

We had a great stay at Steve's place and will book it again. Apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Enjoyed coffee and playing cards on the front porch. Location was perfect, walkable to the downtown, Independence Park, and other local neighborhood restaurants. Very cool space in oldest Arcade in America and a perfect central location to launch from. Highly recommend walking along the river and check out the new bridge and all those amazing restaurants along the way. Plus get in a set of music at Nick & Nees too. James was on point and helped me navigate check in even though my train was delayed. Top notch all the way. Plus very comfy bed for solid sleep.

This was an absolutely beautiful spacious apartment which felt like it was its own house. The area was so quiet and lovely and peaceful. We were very near the water and had beautiful water views. The neighborhood is very quiet but it's very easy to get into the little town of Bristol along a beautiful harbor with great restaurants, wonderful coffee shops and antique stores!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

The apartment is really great, very spacious, conformable beds, very well equipped and wonderful bathroom. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and CVS. Quiet neighborhood and Farmers market close by during summer. Hosts are extremely nice and respond to any questions in a matter of minutes. This is the second time me or my family stayed in the apartment and have always had a great time. Thank you very much!

We came into town for one night to see a show at the Narrows. None of us have ever been to Fall River we were so pleasantly surprised the house was adorable perfect location and the host was great. It was a 10 out of 10!!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

The place was very nice , Jason was very respectful and responsive of whenever I had questions . The only downside was I totally could’ve found out on my own with more researching , we are located in the basement level and at times we were able to hear the person above us walking around . That is my only complaint ! Everything else was amazing and up to standards .

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.
