Lovely little cottage in the heart of St Agnes. Very comfortable and has all the mod cons but beautifully restored.

A pristine annex which despite being on my own, it could easily accommodate 2 people. Clear instructions for check in were received in advance, which made arrival issue free. I would say a stay would be better suited during the spring / summer months, as the annex can feel a bit chilly when the heating is not on. I stayed from Thursday to Wednesday to attend a sporting event over the Friday and Saturday, but then found on Monday and Tuesday, a lot of the restaurants in the area were closed, so something to bare in mind. I was also unfortunate with the weather due to Storm Eowyn, but the accommodation kept me comfortable and I slept well every night.

Emma’s home was so lovely, definitely felt like a home from home! When we arrived the house was very clean and tidy ready for our arrival. Nice touches with the welcome gifts in the fridge and treats for the dog! Very comfy beds and pillows, a well equipped kitchen that we utilised and we made full use of the washing machine and tumble dryer daily after beach visits! The kids loved the hammocks on the sunny days! Even our dog settled very quickly and seemed to feel very comfortable at the house with us which was great and allowed us to relax more. The garden was a great size and secure for the dog to roam. The Music system throughout the house and Apple TV were a great addition for the mornings and evenings at the house for us and the kids! This was our 5th visit to St Agnes. Our favs for eating whilst here would be The Taphouse, the Bakery for the sausage rolls and The Cornish Pizza Company! Also Wing Shed in Truro is a must for takeaway! We would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely cottage in a great location. Everything you could need was here with the addition of treats left by the owner Michelle to welcome us. Very comfy bed and practical wet room. Nearby the Miners Arms 2 or 3 minute walk away was an added bonus for drinks and food. We can highly recommend this characterful cottage and its owner Michelle. Thanks again Andy and Kate
