The place has a very good location, and the value for money is adequate. The host was very attentive, and responded to us quickly. The place is perfect, so much so that we stayed more days in Barichara.

We had a truly amazing time staying at Jairo's place. We were looking for a place to make our home for a while in Barichara that was close to the town but still had a country feeling. This place could not have been better. The house is gorgeous - we were taken aback with the beauty - made of rammed earth with hardwood trim. During the day the shaded patio offers views of the green valley. Nights are quiet allowing for great sleep. Jairo and his family made us feel like we are part of their clan. Having stayed in dozens of places all over Latin America this has been our favorite. Thank you Jairo!
