We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! We had an incredible experience staying at this wonderful house. The space was exactly as described. clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was definitely the incredible view from the house. The large panoramic windows throughout made it feel like we were always connected to the beauty outside, even while relaxing indoors. The kitchen was fully equipped. Michael was very friendly and making everything easy and comfortable. Overall, this rental made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with spectacular views and cozy, relaxing ambiance, this is it.

We stayed in this wonderful place with an enchanting view of the valley, nature and fields. It was the first time we went to the Marche region and it was a truly wonderful experience! The people are friendly, very kind. The B&B is spacious, bright and clean. I found everything perfectly in order, and I felt really at home. The accommodation already had a moka, coffee and sugar for the next morning! You couldn't ask for more before heading out for the day in the wonder of this region! The property has a (beautiful) swimming pool, which I couldn't use because the temperatures were still prohibitive, but we still dipped our feet after dinner with a glass of wine! The place is so clean and the air is so good that there are fireflies!!! Things that we who live in the city are no longer used to! I recommend this place to everyone, where we also made friends with a couple of adorable kittens!
