Monthly Rentals in Barboursville

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Paris-themed cottage in Barboursville. It was the perfect size for a family getaway. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, and the host made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended.

This stay surpassed our expectations. It was very, very clean and welcoming. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked and there weren't chipped dishes or glassware. There was a nice selection of coffees for the Keurig and two bottles of water in the fridge that we weren't expecting. I can't say enough about the decorations. We thoroughly enjoyed Martha's own photos displayed throughout the apartment - only wish there was a book of captions to enjoy! Highly recommend. We came in for a wedding at Wolf Trap farms and it was an easy drive 3.8 miles away. We had easy parking right Out Front. There was a little coffee/pastry shop across the street that also had cafe sandwiches that we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent air conditioning! We would come back in a heart beat :-)

The stay was wonderful! It had gorgeous surroundings and is a great stay if you’re looking for a peaceful private place to relax. The area had good stores and markets! The hosts were amenable and responded quickly when messaged. We had some unexpected events when it rained and we were provided with alternate accommodations. Overall it was a great place and we had a fun relaxing time!

Yolanda is a wonderfully nice person — very friendly and responsive to our needs. The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable, and in a great location: close to C’ville, but away from noise and traffic. Everything you need for a great price.
