We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Wonderfully tranquil location only steps from the ocean. Will certainly be returning in the future.

This apartment is absolutely exceptional! Everything is perfectly combined for a memorable stay in this beautiful area: strategic location, close to the thermal baths, superb beaches!!! just 1.5 hours from Siena, Florence, and close to Pisa. The exteriors are pleasant, and everything is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and even more. We were a group of 9 (adults, teenagers, children and a baby), and we all found our space thanks to an optimal layout. The apartment is huge and nicely decorated. As for Monica, she is much more than welcoming, she is a real gem! Her kindness, hospitality, clarity, understanding and adaptability far exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience in this wonderful area. Thanks Monica!

Very happy to have stayed with Andrea and Barbara after riding the Tuscany Trail. The couch and bed felt a bit hard to our liking, but the easy lounge chair is exactly the chair my grandpa had and made for a cosy relax spot after the riding and sleeping in a tent. It definitely felt like (y)our grandparents would have lived in the house and that had a nice nostalgic feeling to it. The communication with them was great and smooth from their side. They were flexible in the situation (where I couldn't communicate properly, due to my phone having gone for a swim) and were actively thinking along. Very nice people with a nostalgic place to stay.
