Great place! Very close to the beach!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

The home was immaculate upon check in. I was there for a family reunion and it was 1 block away. So convenient. The home was so well equipped and we loved the private pool.

We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful yet comfortable, very convenient and close to the beach and pier! Loved the pool! Walkable distance to shops and touristy spots! Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing! We had the best time on our family spring break! Morning coffees on the deck while watching dolphins, manatee, sting ray and ducks were a family favorite. We kayaked almost everyday and were treated to dolphin sightings and the most picture perfect sunsets. We were lucky enough to see FOUR space launches! You are a quick walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Thank you, Heather, for a fantastic experience and the perfect family getaway!

This is our second time staying at Joe’s place. Can’t say enough about the location and of course how awesome the backyard is. You don’t have to leave the house to have a great time out back with the pool and the layout .

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

We scheduled our family vacation found this gem walking distances to the beach (plus has everything you would need for a beach day),amazing restaurants just right across the street with great food the pool was my grandkids favorite it’s definitely the star lol beautiful house the moment we entered we were in relax mode would definitely stay here again

Gilson does an amazing job with this property. We have stayed here twice and will be back in the future. To be honest, this is probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location is great, the home has been completely updated top to bottom, so many amenities it is hard to list them all, and well stocked. This property is managed for comfort, convenience, and recreational enjoyment and is priced appropriately for all that is included. Gilson, thanks for sharing this beautiful property!

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

Third time staying at this property, super great location, right across the street from the beach and very close to plenty of local restaurants (Whisk & Grind breakfast Café, fourth Street filling station, jazzy lobster, and the new coa lounge). it’s a great layout with convenient parking, comfortable furnishings, and always clean. We look forward to coming every year for surf camp!

This place was wonderful for our kids, grandkids and ourselves. The views are incredible… can see the sunset and sunrise from upstairs. Jen and Shane were wonderful… very quick to answer all my questions!

Wonderful stay for a few days. So close to the beach and any local activities and restaurants. If you just want to stay in, it’s a perfectly comfortable and beautiful home. Pool was perfect. Would highly recommend and would love to return again some time.

This is our second time staying at this property and plan to return. Ideal location with the beach, restaurant, food shopping everything you could want within a few minute drive. All while being in a quiet and private neighborhood. The pool is awesome for the family and enjoy evenings sitting on the dock watching the sunset. We even saw the manatees were back. Charity is very responsive and can answer any questions. Professional and courteous, highly recommend. Highly recommend

We stayed at Candy’s property prior to a cruise. The location is perfect as it is close to the cruise port and Cocoa Beach. There are supermarkets and many restaurants within a couple of miles. The beach is a short walk away. The property had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Candy was very responsive to any questions we had.

Our stay was so great!!! Our air bnb was in a quiet and peaceful setting, and was close to everything! We will definitely be booking here again!
