The place was great for my friends and I to all meet up. A 1 minute walk to the beach matched with the pool was unbeatable. Stuart communicated well and the self check in was fairly easy. We had a great time, thanks again!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. We enjoyed spending a few days in Cocoa Beach while staying in this super fun decorated condo. The amenities were just as described and the walk to the beach was super easy as it is located right by a cross walk. We always like to come and stay a few days in Cocoa Beach before sailing on a cruise and this was the perfect place to start our decompression and relaxation. Walkable to downtown Cocoa beach but far enough away to be away from the night time noise. Quiet, relaxing, and just overall wonderful. The theming is perfect for the area and definitely puts you in the spirit of visiting the Kennedy space center or trying to catch a launch!

This was our second time staying in one of the Tranquility Suites and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the beach. The suite provided everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Check-in was easy and convenient for our late night arrival. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful little place, we really had such a blast and would absolutely love to come back. My kiddo especially enjoyed being able to just walk out to the pool from our own little backyard area, and we loved how easy and well set up everything was. Stuart was super responsive and when the pool turned green, he got someone out twice in less than 12 hours to get it clear again. Place has everything you might need. Awesome recommendations for local restaurants too.

The house was very beautiful and spacious. The back deck was perfect for fishing and also getting to see manatees and dolphins. The location is great and close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

Gilson does an amazing job with this property. We have stayed here twice and will be back in the future. To be honest, this is probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location is great, the home has been completely updated top to bottom, so many amenities it is hard to list them all, and well stocked. This property is managed for comfort, convenience, and recreational enjoyment and is priced appropriately for all that is included. Gilson, thanks for sharing this beautiful property!

The place was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean—truly felt like home. We loved the spacious layout, which made our trip smooth and comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Enjoying breakfast on the patio was a highlight. Although we only stayed for two nights and didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub, it looked spotless and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and very responsive throughout our stay.

The stay was wonderful. The condo is very clean and spacious perfect for the entire family. The Host was very responsive to any and all questions. The surrounding area is quiet and family oriented. A short drive from the Kennedy space center. Views are jaw dropping.

Karen and Dave are hands down the best hosts I have ever had staying at an airbnb. If I could them and their condo 10 stars I would. The condo was exceptionally clean, detailed, comfortable and inviting. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay already available to you at the unit. She has literally thought of everything and made the experience so comfortable for my fiance and I. I will most definitely be back very soon for another visit and will always recommend Karen and Dave's unit to others I know who are traveling to Cape Canaveral. 10+ stars all the way around!

Absolutely stunning space! I’m an Interior Designer myself and even I was impressed by the decor and quality of the place. You have everything you need there! We even were able to grill by the pool. I highly recommend it for the price, amenities, and gorgeous view. And it’s not too far from the beach, restaurants, and boats trips. Gorgeous view! JJ was very responsive when the toaster wasn’t working and brought us a new one.

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

A beautiful walk, the place and location and the attention were excellent, a wonderful experience and thinking of returning sometime in the future, highly recommended!!!!

The view from the balcony was perfect. From the views of the river, the nature park, the cruise boats in the harbor to the night rocket launch were spectacular.
