Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Banana River

The condo was very clean and spacious for 3 guests. I loved that I could see the ocean while in the kitchen. The beach access was great. There is a separate key to get into the pool area or back from the beach. The gate into the pool area was tricky and I had to play with the key for a bit before I could get it to unlatch each time. Because they take sea turtle nesting seriously, this made a late check in a bit tricky. The complex advises guests to turn off lights or close blinds at 9. This made for a VERY dark complex upon our arrival with red lighting in the parking garages. Once we figured out our bearings, it was fine after that. Not a lot of entertainment in the area. A lot of things close by 10pm. The condo is in good condition with one bathroom and the kitchen being upgraded with granite. The other bathroom is a little outdated but very clean and spacious. Some of the other complex areas are a bit outdated. Overall, the complex was safe and clean and I would recommend it!

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

This was the perfect place for me and my family! It was so close to my family who lives here full time and close to restaurants, stores, and not far from lots of things to do with the family. The pool is an added bonus for everyone! We will definitely be wanting to stay here again on our next visit. The home was extremely clean and Ralph responded quickly if and when we needed anything or had any questions! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has the perfect layout. Everything was new, fresh and very comfortable. I had a poolside condo with a nice size porch to view the water and relax. The rocket launch was the ultimate view. I would highly recommend this condo.

Everything is what was described , easy check in and out. close to A1A and US1 and close to super markets , restaurants and beaches . Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants. The place looks really new clean and neat, awesome host, and in the future I will consider coming back.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful pond view with lots of birds, turtles and squirrels. Shower pressure could be better but overall very, very pleased and would book again. If you’re not from the area, this is a perfect location with great food, shopping and beach right next to you!

great place to stay at. location and it was very nice. The only thing they could improve on was the quality of the beds (mattresses) other than that everything was perfect.

we, loved the location of the property. it was unbeatable. minutes from the beaches, in a club community with pool hot tub and gym. very close to shops and grocery stores. absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. if you need some action it is a short drive to Orlando. our host was very attentive and responsive to our needs. one of our best stays yet.

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

I had a long term stay at Patrick's AirBnB in Cape Canaveral for a work assignment. The condo was great, very spacious with a beautiful beach view, and had all the accommodations you could ask for: A well fully equipped kitchen, nice beds/mattresses, ample linens and towels, and bathrooms with nice showers. The building was well-kept and the pool area was very nice (never crowded). The beach was a three minute walk from the condo, and the area felt very safe and walkable. The pier with restaurants was about one mile south and eacy to get to on foot. While there were some renovations happening during my stay, which Patrick fully disclosed prior to my committing to my stay, I was at work during the day, so this impacted me very little. Note: the renovations were reaching completion in early October 2024. I do want to say Patrick was an amazing host, helping in any way he could, and very responsive to any questions I had. His hospitality helped make my stay very enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

Was a wonderful stay, was very comfortable and plenty of amenities including games. Easy check-in, very responsive and flexible host.

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

Lots of amenities and very spacious for our large group. We enjoyed having room for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Andrew is an amazing host, from start to finish he was accommodating and very helpful in so many ways. Andrew’s home was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved all the workout equipment and spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool enjoying all the exquisite birds and wildlife. Very relaxing and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, hope to stay again in the future.

This is my second stay at this location and it is easily accessible and a great location. Definitely would be looking for availability for any future stays!

We only stayed one night as we needed a place to stay before boarding a cruise. This was a great place for our family! Plenty of room for 7 adults and a baby. There was a Graco pack & play as well as a high chair for our granddaughter. Conveniently located 20 minutes from Port Canaveral. We also went to Mass at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, just 10 minutes away. The house was clean, kitchen had everything you’ll need - plates, glasses, etc. Beds were comfy. Definitely recommend if you need a place close to stay before a cruise leaving from Port Canaveral

We love Bikini Bottom! This is our third time staying at this property. We absolutely love the location, comfort and cleanliness of the property while soaking in every bit of paradise!

amazing property on the water. we arrived late and had no issues getting in. the house itself was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunroom. the junior sized ping pong table was a nice touch and provided hours of fun for the kids. there were also weights, a rowing machine & bike available for some light exercises in the morning. fishing off the back dock was another fun activity. lots of catfish to catch for easy entertainment.
