Monthly Rentals in Balwyn North

I stayed for a month and a half, and thanks to Cleb’s thoughtfulness and care, I had a very comfortable stay. There’s a tram stop right in front of the house that goes directly to the city and Box Hill, and everything you need is close by—shops and restaurants within walking distance, a Woolworths and library about 10 minutes away. When I first arrived, the place wasn’t properly cleaned, which was a bit surprising. But Cleb was very helpful and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, so there were no issues after that.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. It’s equipped with everything you need—an oven, dishwasher, vacuum, washing machine, dryer, and more—making the stay very convenient. There’s a separate entrance to the lobby, which made me feel safe, and a designated parking spot, which was also very convenient. The only downside was that the apartment didn’t get much sunlight, so it was a bit dark. But other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

Great host, Great communication everything as described, was a bit out the way of the centre but the public transport in Melbourne is great, so can get from a to b fairly easy. Highly recommend this stay !!

The property location is excellent, few steps to Woolworths, tram stop which goes to city directly, and lots of dining choices nearby. Jack is a 5 star host, fast responses and clear instructions. The property is clear and neat, beds are comfortable, heater works well. The only weak point is shower area is a bit too small. We would love to come back if visit Mel again in the future!

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.
