Holiday rentals with a patio in Balneário Camboriú

We really liked the apartment, everything was very clean, exactly as the listing is described. Before booking, I had seen comments about the television having problems, but everything was working for us in the apartment, the air conditioning in both bedrooms was perfect, a really nice balcony, barbecue, and even a view of the sea, the apartment is super recommended! We hope to come back more often.

Everything is fine, clean and organized apartment, quite spacious. Although it is an apartment facing a busy street, the room is very dark and quiet, it was great to rest when needed. New and functional furniture and utensils. I recommend it.

I loved this trip, the apartment she left everything very clean and very fragrant, the best a note making us more comfortable in the house. The location is perfect for those who have never been to Balneário Camburiu because everything is easily accessible, close to the market, very easy for us to find because it is in front of Havam. The place is wonderful, beautiful view of the beach, cozy apartment, good location, out of busy places and close to the center of Brava and the Ferris wheel of BC. Just one note, to access the beach, you have to go through a river, at high tide, it's not possible for people of short/medium stature! But otherwise, the experience is very good!

André was super kind and attentive in giving us very useful tips, thank you for your kindness and sympathy 🤝 The only downside is that the top floor requires climbing a flight of stairs. But everything worked out, it's just something to analyze if someone has any limitations.

can stay in this one, for sure you will love it. Very good home. All clean and towels bedding everything impeccable. Full kitchen can take the ingredients. And prepare your meals. Totally quiet street. very good to sleep no noise . Raquel quickly answers the messages . I liked it too much, I intend to come back next year .

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

The hospitality was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house is very cozy, and we really were able to relax and enjoy every moment. The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and very pleasant for walking tours. Without a doubt, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. I am immensely grateful to Gabriela and her family for the hospitality, and I will certainly return when I have the opportunity. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay.

Valter's house is exactly like the pictures in the webpage or better. The neiborhood is quite and calm. Its a very good place to have time in a family trip. About Valter is proactive and respectful, we hade to solve some thins and he respond and fix it in a second, always with a very good and friendly mood. We will be back at his house becase we had a memorable time there. Very recommended.

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.

The apartment is well located, close to a supermarket and a few minutes drive from the beach. It was well equipped with kitchen and cleaning items. The wifi worked well, and the parking spot is a differential for BC. Communication with Ana was great, she always responded quickly and demonstrated flexibility when we needed it.

Very welcoming host couple and they responded promptly, quickly and flexibly regarding check-in and check-out. Incredible space as advertised is great value for money. I was there for work and I would definitely come back other times.
