Independent, spacious and cozy environment, with private entrance, exclusive bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, hair dryer, bed and bath linens. The suite has a queen size bed and two sinks. Outdoor area and well-equipped and sunny kitchen. The house is a 20-minute walk from the beach (800m), very close to the shopping center. Good quality supermarkets are very close. We don't have a garage! The area is quiet and it is possible to leave the car on the street in front of the house.
