House is beautiful, surrounded by nature. The beach is about 7 blocks away, no problem going on foot. Zilda was very friendly and helpful. He even approached the house to see how we were due to a problem we had with our car, he gave us recommendations to find a mechanical workshop. We hope to come back some day.

Taquaras beach is a paradise of clean water that provides tranquility, and at the same time is located a 15-minute drive from the south bar on Avenida Atlantica. So it's the perfect place for any type of audience. Those who want to rest in paradise are well served, and those who want to enjoy the boil of BC as well. Regarding the house, I can only give a 1000. In front of the sea with a beautiful view of all the rooms, fully equipped and with air conditioning in 100% of the rooms. The house provides contact with nature and lots of comfort. There's even a pond in the corner of the wall with a waterfall where a fish we call Black live. Very clean pool, barbecue, oven, wood stove, in short, everything possible to make your family feel literally at home. Regarding Leandro, I can say that he is a very nice guy. Warm, flexible, really good people. We were greeted with a little bit of chocolates and the following note: You have to salt your feet to sweeten your soul. I've been renting via AirBNB for many years, we've picked up all kinds of houses, from mansions to toppings, this one from Taquaras has something unique, it makes you feel at home. Congratulations Leandro!!! We will come back for sure!!!

Great house, with great comfort and great structure. The outdoor area is a separate attraction. Rede, barbecue, hydro, tv... great for socializing and spending quality time. The entrance and exit were very quiet too, the host always very solicitous in the messages. I recommend it.

Firstly, it exceeded our expectations in all aspects, we came home smelled, very clean and organized, on the main table a handwritten plaque “be welcome” and a beautiful basket full of delicious candies! Viviane received us, showed all the house, always very dear and attentive. Very helpful, after our entry whenever requested by phone or Whats, responded quickly, giving tips and helping in what was possible. The house has incredible energy! We already want to host us again.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, large, very comfy and well located. Fabrício was always attentive and responded quickly. The kitchen is well equipped. And the beds are very comfortable. It was very worth it and if we go back to Balneário we will look for it again for sure.

Great stay! The apartment is super complete, well organized and has all the necessary utensils for the day to day. Also, the location is excellent, making it easy to access everything we need. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Robson was a wonderful host, he took care of every detail to keep us as comfortable as possible, he gave us several tips for tours including the speedboat and jetski that he arranged everything for us to go and that was wonderful and unforgettable, the apartment is amazing as he says in the description, we went as a big family and it is super comfortable, spacious and close to everything, beach, downtown, markets, breakfast is amazing that everything was prepared with a lot of love and affection, we will definitely return 🙏🏼

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Cool place, nice and everything very tidy. Julian was extremely friendly and helpful in his responses. The only detail is the bed, which is a simple double bed - for people over 1.90, it is tight. But nothing that has detracted from the charm of the place and location.
