Our stay was great, the flat is beautiful and comfortable and the water of the shower is wonderful ( this point is a differential for me🤷🏽‍♀️) , all very neat and very spacious. Excellent location. Monica is ready to answer us, but we don't even need to fire there. Anyway…nothing to complain only to praise and thank.

Impeccable organization, super comfortable stay and super well located. I didn't just pay attention to the fact that it was on the third floor, with no elevator, to go up with the suitcases and everything lol, but the structure, location and cordiality of Maya were great. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very beautiful and cozy, you can see the care the host took in every detail to ensure a peaceful stay. The beds are super comfortable, the shower is great and everything was clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were without any complications. The location is also good, with easy access to everything we need. I highly recommend!

Marisa, a love... close to everything, the car doesn't even leave the garage, which is a differential because we did almost all the trips on the bus, which is free!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, markets and with easy access to the main points of the city. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was right. The view from the terrace is a charm in itself, watching the sunset from there was one of the best parts of the trip! I highly recommend the accommodation and I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to the city. Thank you for everything!

Excellent place, very well located and clean. Very well equipped, everything thought of what the guest may need, from kitchen items, cleaning, etc… Very good indeed! And the condominium also has a convenience store, which makes it much easier if you need something. I highly recommend it!

We stayed a week in the apartment and everything was wonderful, from check-in to the last day, the place corresponds to everything that was described in the listing. Me and my husband, we love the experience we've had with Luiza. The place is a spectacle apart and the accommodation, security, the organization, the guidelines as much as given by Luiza and the ordinance personnel were sensational. On this trip we need another 1 day and Luiza has responded to us and on all other occasions tbm. Always kind. I highly recommend the place. We will definitely be back.

We spent great days in this apartment! It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. It has beach utensils at your disposal. We spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the ad. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules. Apartamento was very pleasant, excellent location. Only the building's garage is quite tight, but it was worth the lodging.
