Very good, cozy, recommended for families, very safe environment

We spent great days in this apartment! It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Bed linens of excellent quality. The garage space is private. It has beach utensils at your disposal. We spent a few days, but they were great! It was worth it.

Everson was very attentive and helpful! The space was very clean and with all announced amenities available. It is an excellent place to stay in BC and is just a few minutes away from the beach and Avenida Atlântica.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The owners were very concerned about the stay… everything went well! The area is in the south center of the beach, very quiet and with good places to shop and eat.

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). The hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

The view... is spectacular — much more impressive than in the photos! Every detail of the apartment was carefully thought out. We have a large family, and everyone was very well accommodated, with plenty of space and comfort. We stayed a week in the apartment, the view and location is spectacular, very comfortable space. Nando is also agile and quick to respond, and gives all the support for guests to have the best experience. I recommend it.

The location is privileged, with everything you need nearby, from more lively programs to quieter environments. Fernanda is a delicacy, super attentive and responds promptly. We rented the apartment to celebrate my birthday and it was a great choice! The place was impeccable, very clean, well decorated and exactly as described in the ad. The location is also excellent, right in the middle of Av. Beira Mar. Communication with the hosts was great: always quick to respond and very flexible with schedules. Marisa, a love... close to everything, the car doesn't even leave the garage, which is a differential because we did almost all the trips on the bus, which is free!! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and super cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, markets and with easy access to the main points of the city. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and ensure that everything was right. The view from the terrace is a charm in itself, watching the sunset from there was one of the best parts of the trip! Liane's apartment is sensational!! extremely clean, organized and all new. Clean and new linens and bathrooms. The best shower I've been able to experience. The view from the balcony of the building that sits at the tip of the beach you see the whole waterfront. It is, without a doubt, a unique experience! The friendliness, kindness and care that Liane offers goes beyond the normal. Note 10!!!

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

Excellent place, very well located and clean. Very well equipped, everything thought of what the guest may need, from kitchen items, cleaning, etc… Very good indeed! And the condominium also has a convenience store, which makes it much easier if you need something. I highly recommend it!

excellent stay, a place we intend to stay again when we go to Balneário, practical, close to bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Shopping Atlântico is close for tours and evening meals. The photos accurately describe the place. The hostess was super polite, if she could she would even extend one more night in the place, too bad our plane leaves early. I highly recommend the place for those who want to stay in Balneário Camboriú. ♥️♥️♥️
