Amelia’s space was so beautiful and felt very homey. It was spotless and felt very clean and well maintained. Super close to the beach, cafes and hot springs but at the same time felt very quiet, peaceful and private. Amelia and her co host were very responsive and fast to reply to any questions we had before as well as during our stay. Such a gorgeous place to stay for a nice getaway ☺️

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a great time staying over a wintry long weekend at Mark's lovely place. The place felt homey, loved, and well taken care of. All the amenities were just as described and we missed nothing. We especially enjoyed the little cosy corner next to the fireplace. Mark was friendly and provided all the needed information. The place is well located, not far from the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The price was reasonable and competitive. Overall, a great place which we would happily come back to!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
