Holiday rentals with a patio in Balnarring

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Wonderful place and stay! Area can get a little dodgy at night so best to stay indoors after sunset. Other than that, location is convenient with malls/supermarket/bus stop/hospital and train station within walking proximity. Place is very spacious and comfortable. And Joanne was a great host and extremely responsive! Amazing all around!

Lovely house! Great for the price you pay, excellent location, very close to beach and shops! A nice tidy home to chill in for a nice weekend away!

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

A perfect place to fall back on to relax. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset each evening. The apartment had everything you needed 🤍

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

Had a great stay Mykey’s place with the kids, lots of things for them to discover and felt very homely. The spa in the backyard was an added bonus on a cold rainy morning, all in all a great experience and great value in a nice quiet pocket of Phillip Island.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. I loved Merelle’s stunning light filled and perfectly decorated mid century beach house and wish I could have stayed forever! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the well equipped and stocked kitchen to the comfortable chairs in the sitting room around the fireplace , canoes /kayaks and beach chairs , washing machine/dryer and old hills hoist and outdoor setting as well as a functional yard for our dog. She has incredible style from the beautiful linen to the retro furnishings and is very eco friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive and friendly and very generous with early check in and late check out without even having to ask. And the area has so much to offer / so much to see and do on the Peninsula all within a half hour drive. I will be back for sure! Thank you Merelle 😁

Every now and again, you book an Airbnb that makes you realise it is such an amazing platform to explore corners of Australia and meet actual owners of lovely homes - that was this place. Sam and Shane were so welcoming, allowing us to arrive early and leave late which really really helped with our 10 month old bub who has a very specific nap schedule, and make the most of our short weekend away. They even had small gifts for the 3 girls in our entourage and a gift basket of goodies for the adults - we were blown away and so touched. The house is very cute, the beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. We didn't end up using the fireplace even though we wanted to and Sam and Shane left us plenty of firewood (reason: tiny kids). The yard was perfect for our dogs - separated into a gated fenced area and a non-fenced area. It would be a beautiful space to hang out in during summer.

Beautifully presented property, exactly as pictured. Spacious layout with generous bedrooms and 2 lounge areas as well as ample outdoor areas on the decks. Private mezzanine master retreat with en-suite was highlight. Perfectly positioned close to Red Hill South shops and easy drive to Point Leo beach. Janet was an extremely responsive host and was very accommodating making our stay particularly memorable.

Josephine’s place was great. Spacious 2 bedroom , nice balcony, Clean, amazing location near the beach 200mts train station opposite. We extended our stay and Josephine was responsive and provided clear instructions. I m happy to recommend the apartment

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
