Beach house holiday rentals in Avon-by-the-Sea

Heather’s place is in a wonderful location - easy walk to the center of Lavalette shops and restaurants. Located directly next to the beach it’s a perfect spot for families and adults. House is as pictured and was perfect for our group. Host was very responsive when we had a question.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

We stayed here for the first time last year and were so blown away we had to make sure to return! It was even more magical than our memories - perfect location, steps from the beach, essentially on the beach your entire stay at the house. We grilled dinner every night and sat in the provided chairs watching the sunset. Hard to imagine a more perfect getaway!

Had to spend a night in the area and Ryan’s place was perfect for what we needed. It’s very close to restaurants as well as the beach. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect house and location for a group of 7. The house exceeded all of our expectations and is even better than the pictures show. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, the Seaside Heights boardwalk and some great lobster rolls! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! Ten of us stayed here for a summer weekend at the Shore. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. It was also great to be within walking distance of the beach.

Robins place was the perfect location to walk easily to beach views, local shopping, and great food! She was so helpful and accommodating to our requests and the place was exactly like the pictures. The house was so clean and I plan to come back here and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting a weekend at the shore.

Kathleen's place is perfect. It had everything our family needed and then some. The location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Kathleen was very helpful and even left us a generous giftcard to the famous Poppy's ice cream shop. We definitely will be back.

Traveling with a baby — Ben’s place was great! It was clean, safe and spacious for our baby to crawl around. They had a high chair, a cart and beach toys that were super convenient. The walk to the beach is 5mins, and coffee shops and restaurants about 20mins.

Coming off an amazing weekend stay at Runa’s! The house was the perfect fit for 5 adults and 2 older kids and was within walking distance to Brielle Road Beach. We loved feeling so close to both the beach, fisherman’s cove and Main Street in Manasquan! It felt like home instantly. We hope to stay here again next year!

I rented this house for my son and 14 friends. Place was spacious and had all amenities. Everyone had a great time! Host was very responsive and very nice! Would definitely rent this place again!

The beach house was extremely clean and in a perfect location that was walkable to both the downtown area with shops and restaurants and to the boardwalk/beach. Plenty to do in the area and the house was very inviting and just felt like home the whole time we were there. It was able to accommodate our family of 6 easily. The house had plenty of amenities that minimized time to run errands and more time to enjoy our stay. Tina is very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Would highly recommend this place if staying in the Point Pleasant area

Ben’s place was perfect for a long weekend beach getaway for two. Walkable to beach and restaurants, pet friendly as well. We will be back!

Loved the stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and a perfect location for everything beach, restaurants, and boardwalk. Host was very friendly and responsive which made everything very simple and easy. The host gave us an early check in and provided a lot of supplies including beach passes, beach bag, items like sunscreen, and towels which was amazing. Highly recommend for a perfect vacation getaway in seaside.

We had a few beautiful couple a days. There are several different family activities to do in the surroundings and it is a great place to visit NYC from. Our sons mostly loved playing at the beach, the playground and the fantastic ice cream at the harbour. We’d love to come back some day!
