Holiday rentals with a patio in Avon-by-the-Sea

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Bella's place is the perfect spot to discover and enjoy the special place that is Orange Grove / Asbury Park area. 1 block from beach, with view of water from the porch where I could have hung all day. Central to the main strip of this very cool and quaint beachside community. Lovely short walk to Asbury's funky, fun main drag. Bella's place is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and feels like it was recently renovated so it all felt fresh. Neighbors are kind, and cool, and Bella was a wonderful host. We want to go back for a much longer stay next year, and make it one of our annual escapes.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.

it was a wonderful time no issues during the stay and I hope to one day stay again in the future.

Perfect place and location for a long weekend!

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!

Nita's Airbnb was fantastic! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, Nita was an amazing host—so friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

George & Liz’s place was exactly how they described it. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to area restaurants and the beach. We had many options for meals and the grocery store was also very close. The house is really cute and having an additional bathroom was helpful. The five of us had our own space. We enjoyed the pool and we even took a bike ride on the bikes in the shed. We really enjoyed our stay in Neptune! The hosts gave us great suggestions for nightlife and activities. They even left a nice birthday Neptune City tote for me, as I was there celebrating my birthday. This girls trip was just what we needed with comfortable accommodations.

The house was very nicely decorated and really light beachy look. We enjoyed our stay and 3 tvs available and loved the glassed in porch nice place to read.

Sal’s place was great and the perfect choice for our escape from the city. Located in a great spot close to the beach and Asbury Park for additional things to do. Clean, easy to check in, and Sal is extremely helpful and communicative.

Great house and a great host. Jacob was very helpful and hospitable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. Michaels place was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a brand new home! The neighborhood was perfect, close to all the great local spots and walkable to the beach. No other word can describe this place besides perfect. This is coming from someone who only lives 20 minutes away. Definitely worth the weekend staycation. What really stood out was Michael as a host. He was accommodating, responsive, and extremely thoughtful. I told him that we were staying for my girlfriend’s birthday and we were welcomed by flowers, a card, and a balloon! Perfect touch. No bad things to say and we already told Michael we will be looking to spend another weekend at his home.

Wonderful place to stay for my family. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time very close to the beach and get some good R and R.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

We had an amazing stay here over Memorial Day weekend. We have been coming to LBI for years but never stayed in Ship Bottom until this trip, I really liked the location of this unit. Close walk to the beach, easy access to bridge, walkable to stores and restaurants, but also a quiet street. This was very convenient and fit our family of 4 well. Place as described, well equipped kitchen, very clean. Nice that it came with beach chairs for use. Spent a lot of time on the porch. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Stayed with my father and enjoyed an extremely comfortable Airbnb stay. Freda was prompt and accurate, making check-in and communication effortless. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

This is the perfect place! Felt so comfy & cozy. Had towels, and shampoo body wash.. just great. Michael even provided coffee, and a coffee maker. Was MORE than I thought it could ever be staying at an Airbnb!!! I’ve had airbnbs where they don’t accommodate you like this airbnb and host does. Michael checked up on me and made sure I was good consistently. Made me feel soo comfortable. Clean and modern place. I can’t wait to book with Michael again!!🫶🏼

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.
