Monthly Rentals in Avocado Heights

I had a great experience staying at Jeff’s place! The home was well-maintained, and as described in the listing. Jeff was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and communication very smooth. The location was convenient and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future!

Phillip’s place was really great. It is nearby Arcadia so it was close by enough to go there to get food or boba. The bed was really comfortable. There is also a sofa that does set into a bed, but it is definitely quite firm not as good as the actual bed was. Phillip himself was a great host he was very communicative, responsive and friendly. The place is really easy to get into and I love that they save you a parking spot.

We had a great stay at Tinas place. It was private and peaceful. One minor thing that I would ask Tina to fix is the TV. Unfortunately the wifi signal was weak so I had to restart the TV every single time in order to watch youtube or anything internet related. Regardless this place deserves 5 stars (just please fix the TV) perfect for long stays

This place is worth its Rare Find status. It's extremely clean, quiet, peaceful, spacious, and an excellent place to stay. David, the host, is friendly and responsive and will ensure you have a great visit.
