You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

We had the most wonderful stay here at the beach house. We had family over from the UK and family travel down from up the coast and we all stayed in the big, wonderful house all together. It’s a great place to stay if there are a few of you and especially if you have children, or if you just want to be somewhere relaxing and beautiful. The kids bunk bed room was a big hit for our kids and all the water activity toys too! The garden literally steps onto the beach and the balcony overlooks the headland and the crashing waves, it is stunning. Just a short stroll away is a cute little bakery with great coffee and there are a few restaurants and shops if you need necessities. My family and I all had a trip to remember!

We had a wonderful few days at Jess and Jonas home with location and quiet the main standouts. The house was perfect for a short stays and there were lots of areas to have meals and chill available! The fireplace was a bonus in Winter and the bathrooms and beds very luxurious. We would love to visit again in summer.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

We absolutely loved our stay at Judy and Phil’s place. The location is second to none, and the lake at the back door step is so picturesque and another great way to enjoy the home. We swam in the lake and kayaked from the backyard! Judy was very responsive and we felt very much at home. We’d love to return! Thanks Judy and Phil for helping us create some great family memories.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Kevin's immaculate holiday home. Description and photos prepared us for a delightful home and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, beds were comfy and there was lots of room, so we weren't tripping over each other. Fabulous outdoor area to sit and watch the surf. No swimming at this beach, which didn't worry us as enough fun was had walking and playing in the sand. We would gladly stay in Kevin's home again and highly recommend it. Rosalie

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Our family of 9 adults and 2 littlies stayed at Ahara house for a long weekend getaway! Was like a wellness retreat! Sauna & plunge pool were well used! Beautiful area to walk in, playground close by for toddler….Ineka gave plenty of great recommendations for walks & eating spots! Living area perfect for family gatherings & board games played into the wee morning hours!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

6 friends enjoying an annual getaway found Anna’s fabulous home the perfect place to escape for the weekend. Beautifully appointed, comfortable & very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your getaway special. The landscaping and pool were a bonus and the proximity to the beach wonderful. Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to take a NDIS participant for respite whilst keeping their daily routine and building life skills this little flat is perfect. Would not reccomend for Participants with mobility issues. It melted my heart when my participant said "I can see myself living in a place like this". Linen was clean, towels were Sheridan and kitchen had all the appliances to make home cooked meals. the private patio was a bonus to watch the birds in the morning. Location near Erina fair or Bateau bay square. So easily could buy supplies. Definitely coming back again.

We were a group of 13 friends on a getaway weekend from Sydney and had such an amazing time staying at Lisa’s house. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s. It was perfect for a family of four plus our puppy. The bathroom was really nicely renovated, kitchen well appointed and backyard perfectly enclosed for our puppy. The TV was also connected to Google Chrome allowing us to connect to all our streaming services. The house is an easy walk to the beach and lookout. Michelle was super responsive to any queries we had. We’d happily stay again.
