You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Everything about this accomodation was 5 stars. Great communication from the host Ben. The house was a great place to entertain and was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable and clean and great location. Highly recommended

Marie’s place is welcoming and cosy. The kitchen was spacious, open and fully equiped. The fireplace, lounge views and the balcony was the highlight. Overall a great place stay in hyams beach.

This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

Ingela's place is amazing, perfectly located, stunning views and so so relaxing. A perfect place to access the bay and the beach and we were so lucky to have beautiful weather and spectacular sun rises. The house is so peaceful and had plenty of room for our group of 7. We loved the front deck and the fire place, great kitchen for cook ups, and our puppy was very happy in this safe environment. Thanks for having us, we would definitely love to come back.

We had a lovely stay at Kylie’s place—it was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was nice and easy, and the local beach was perfect for our senior dog. We even had some wildlife visitors in the backyard, including beautiful birds and either wallabies or kangaroos, which was such a treat! Although it rained for almost our entire stay, we were more than happy to cozy up inside and play games by the fire.

We stayed at WhaleTail Nelson Bay for a mini birthday trip with my partner and friends, and the experience was amazing. The house is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with cozy common areas both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were very comprehensive—everything we needed was provided. Located in a peaceful residential area, the home is still just a short drive from Nelson Bay’s d’Albora Marinas, the seashore, and Salamander Bay Square. Insa was a wonderful host—very hospitable, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. Check-in and check-out were seamless and easy. Our group was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Stephens!

Such an amazing space for a family holiday. So close to the beach, coffee shop and brewery. The place is beautifully renovated, kitchen was amazing to use for cooking our meals at home. Lyndall was great with communication. We will definitely book again!

It was such a nice experience to stay at David and Sandra's place. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. David was very attentive and responsive at all times. They look after the pool and facilities so that makes it very easy for you. We did not have to contact them for cleaning the pool. Before we notices it was already done before we had to ask. Place is well kept. It is close to a beautiful entrance to Tallow's beach. In spite of bad weather, we made the most out of our stay. You have everything close to you at walking distance if you do not want to go into town. Suffolk it is only 10 minutes drive from Byron Bay, so it makes things very easy. I believe it is a great location for a relaxed holiday with the family close enough to main attractions wihouth necessarilyn been in the heart of Byron. We would definitely recommend David and Sandra's beautiful home.

A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

The proprietors, Panassa and Nathan, demonstrate outstanding hospitality. Their property is meticulously maintained, showcasing exceptional cleanliness and beauty. The beds provide supreme comfort, while the pool is spotless. All facilities operate seamlessly, and the location offers effortless accessibility and generous spaces, thank you so much we got the most amazing weekend

The Chatlet was a Beautiful stay with three family's the kids loved the pool area and there was enough space for everyone , it was very clean and a lot of space which is great for big family. Was a perfect location if you just want to relax and do nothing with the beach just down the road and a park for the kids. Very tidy and everything you need.

A great property to base yourself while in Shoal Bay. 10 minute walks into Shaol Bay, or to the beaches. To have Wreck beach 10 minute walk from your door is fantastic. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house was perfect for what we wanted. If we do get the opportunity to visit Shoal Bay again, we defiantly hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a mini break with our group of friends and kids. The house has everything you could ever think of, toys, books, linen, towels, cooking utensils. There is a short walk to the beach from the property and we often encountered horses on the way, just lovely. The outdoor area with the bbq and fire pit was used for almost every meal and was a great spot for us all to hang out. It was a truly memorable stay and we already look forward to the next stay!

What an incredible stay! We came with our family and parents, and this beautiful home delivered on every level. From the moment we walked in, it was clear we were in for something special – stylish, spacious, and packed with charm. The kids basically lived in the pool (and slept very well because of it!), while we adults soaked up the magic of the big open fireplace each night – seriously, it’s a stunner and made the whole place feel like a luxe mountain retreat. Everything was thoughtfully set up for a comfortable, easy, and totally enjoyable stay. The layout was perfect for our group, and there was room for everyone to spread out or come together as needed. Communication was a breeze, and we felt right at home from the get-go. A huge thank you for sharing such a special space – we’re already dreaming of a return visit!

We had a fantastic stay at Damon's! We were a family group of 12 and had plenty of space. The house is very well equipped with everything you need (and more!). Perfect location - only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The beautiful pool and spa were also very well used throughout our stay! Damon was friendly and responsive to messages and we appreciated the offer of a late checkout. Thanks again for a lovely getaway.

It was truly one of the most unique and breathtaking experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location — right on the water, with uninterrupted views of the ocean and the soothing sound of waves as our constant background music. Adrian and Fiona's Home in Belmont, is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very spacious and perfect for a couple that needs a place to stay near Lake Macquarie and Belmont. There is a beautiful nature all around you if you have time to explore. The driveway to the airbnb is tight and there is no room to turn around at the end so reversing out is required. We had a large car so that was a bit tricky, especially as we were asked to stay on the driveway not the grass. Apart from that I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

I can't express just how beautiful this home was! The photographs online match exactly what you are greeted with on arrival and the views are absolutely stunning. Ryan and Louisa were the perfect hosts and were easily accessible when i had any enquiries. I highly recommend this Air BnB as you will not be disappointed! I am already looking to re-book as soon as i get the opportunity. 10/10 stars!

Relaxing couple of days in a lovely coastal bushland setting. Perfectly located for an all year round dog beach, carefully planned and tended gardens surround the property which was as described. Lauren was very friendly in all communications and we appreciated the opportunity to be hosted at Lilli Pilli. Highly recommended.

My stay at Keatons airbnb was nothing short of spectacular! This house did NOT disappoint, from beginning to end we were mesmerised by how accommodating and easy our stay was. The photos don’t do justice on just how magical this house was. Keaton was on the ball with answering any questions or concerns we had and made us feel nothing but welcome. We will definitely be returning 10/10
