Waterfront holiday rentals in Avoca Beach

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Very happy with our 2 night stay. Hosts were great to deal with very friendly and helpful. Nice spot, lots of beautiful restaurants to choose from, walk straight onto the beach, good shops to browse. Overall 10/10 for accommodation and surrounds

What an outstanding BNB! The location was absolutely perfect with the beach right across (great for fishing). The shops were in walking distance which was perfect. The BNB was great and cosy! 2 large bedrooms and a great sunroom area with lounge and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again! Mark was incredibly friendly, gave clear instructions and was very responsive (within minutes)! Had a great weekend away! Highly recommend!

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Beth is a warm and gracious host and the studio is really spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a generous complimentary selection of snacks and fruits, which was an extremely welcoming touch in case you were a bit peckish on arrival. The garden is a beautiful space in which to relax as well - I just wished we'd had time to try out the BBQ! Beth's place is within striking distance of Palm Beach or Avalon Beach and we always walked (allow 30-40 minutes to either); alternatively, the #199 bus services Barrenjoey Road every 5-10 minutes. We found Beth's place to be an excellent base for enjoying and exploring the area and highly recommend this place to others.

everything was perfect just one thing I didn't like was bringing my own linen and then charging $60 if you didn't bring your own i know it was already written in ad the rest was perfect thanks

Had a week here over Christmas with another family staying close by. Perfect spot for a large group. There were ten of us with a toddler, and it was spacious enough that you weren't on top of each other. Anna did message us day before we arrived to let us know the AC had broken and wouldn't be working when we were there. Fans were provided but we did have sea breeze most days. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Extra chairs were there if needed which were handy. Close drive to Terrigal and Avoca. We walked to Avoca Surf club one night, and it's not that far. Would definitely stay here again, and I will miss the morning coffee on the deck at sunrise and a glass of Red at sunset.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! This was such a lovely beach home, the kind you dream of! It was wonderful having views of the water from every corner of the home. Everything in the home was beautiful and thoughtfully furnished. We tried kayaking and fishing and enjoyed it very much. The boys enjoyed playing on the lawn outside and the husband prepared a simple bbq on the patio. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be recommending friends over!

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful location - amazing amenities and a fantastic view. We brought our dog and one year old and found that even on rainy days there was plenty of space for the one year old. Would definitley come back with a larger group! Perfect for an extended family holiday.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

Had a great stay! Loved being right on the beach. Parking was the only pitfall but something out of their control. Great stay and will definitely attempt to stay there again!

What a beautiful apartment! Comfortable beds and pillows, clean, tidy and had everything we could have needed. Even though we visited at a cooler time of the year, we really enjoyed being right on the beach, watching the waves and then retreating back into the cozy, warm apartment. Dan and Robert are very communicative and provided us with so much information to make sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We were especially grateful for the restaurant recommendations which were super close by with delicious food and friendly staff. We felt right at home, would recommend the Coachhouse beach apartments and would stay again. Thanks for having us!

First, Cas is extremely easy to communicate with- very timely, flexible & supportive! Thanks so much! Next- the location could not be any better- the absolute best spot on the beaches… everything you need in short flat walk. View is excellent! The balcony is perfect to relax and read a book and still feel connected to the Freshwater community.
