A 10 definitely. A lot of flexibility with us as we booked them at the last minute. They had super details with us, leaving little things for the kids and making us a homemade breakfast butter, plus coffee, milk, Colacao... Wonderful. The house is very comfortable and clean. We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

Both Miguel Ángel and his wife have been very friendly and helpful with us. When we arrived they were already waiting for us, they gave us the entrance to the garage and explained everything about the flat. They also made recommendations for restaurants to eat and places to visit. The next day, they were interested in wondering how we had spent the night and the last day they also came to say goodbye. The apartment is very good,located in a nice area and with a lot of atmosphere. Everything highly recommended!!

We loved it. It is a very spacious, comfortable house in a great location. The house has everything and is spotless and super clean. I don't think you could ask for more. Thank you Alicia and Eduardo for your accommodation.
