Floriana's place was great for a short stay. She was always very friendly and responsive, the checkin time was flexible and the location was a 20-min walk to the Trastevere area in Rome. The place felt very save, the piazza in front of the building was full of people when we left for a walk. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend Floriana's place.

Beautiful interior design, Italian taste for sure! Tall ceilings, clean, and a beautiful court yard. The highlight for us was the cat (Baja) who lived in the courtyard, she was so beautiful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

Luana E Fabio and Eduardo are incredible hosts! I got into an unpleasant misunderstanding, missed my flight, and booked their beautiful apartment for 2 nights, until the next flight, I was met in the apartment with a complimentary fruit and water and then guys brought a hot delicious pizza, which was incredibly nice and unexpected! They helped me with the transfer upon check-out and were always in touch, these are the best hosts I have ever stayed with, they greeted me with a soul, not as a guest, but as a family member. The apartment itself is in the best location, which is very important, on the first floor, I needed it because I had very heavy luggage. The apartment is large, clean and very light, I felt there not like in a rented apartment, but like in my own apartment. I felt in love with them place! On my next trip to Rome I will stay here definitely ! And just a 2-minute walk away is the insanely delicious and best restaurant in the Trastavere area, “Trattoria Da Enzo al 29”.

This apartment was perfect for a week stay in Rome! The apartment was very nice, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Shower and bath were amazing. The location was perfect. About a 20-25 minute walk from everything. We walked with suit cases to and from the train station… also about 20 minutes. Hosts were lovely! I would happily return.
