I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

Paolo is an excellent host and a gentleman. My parents and I had a great time staying there. He is an extremely kind and generous and stocked the fridge full of food for us so we couldn’t have to walk in the heat.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt totally comfortable at Rossana's. I was mainly in contact with his son who was a welcoming and helpful host. They were flexible when I arrived late due to a transportation issue. Lunch is very hearty and carefully prepared, a treat! The location is more than ideal, a stone's throw from the Vatican and a shuttle to the airport. The accommodation was faithful to the description, very clean and the air conditioning is beneficial in this period.

Elisabetta was a most gracious host, her hospitality was second to none. She made me feel like I was family, not a guest in her home.

Marina and her husband are wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much love and energy. They answered all our questions, and we really enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely contact them again when we return to Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, and has everything you need for your stay 100% recommended!

AMAZING HOST!!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Exactly as advertised. Our co-host, Fernanda, was very friendly and helpful. Although the place is not that close to Rome's main attractions (for example, about 20-25 minutes walk from the Colosseum), the San Giovanni Metro Station is only 5 minutes' walk away, which makes the entire city very accessible via public transport. The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which we found relaxing after a long day exploring Rome. If you are looking for accommodation in a pleasant neighbourhood that is well connected to the city centre, this is the place for you.

This was a good place for our short stop over in Rome. Friendly host, comfortable bed and option for aircon at extra cost, which we did because it was so hot! The apartment was very clean and even though there were other guests, it was quiet and peaceful. Only issue was the shower pressure, but not a big deal and still great value for money.

Thea’s place is perfectly located in Roma, near the Vatican and well connected to bus lines and the metro. The house feels private for how central it is, the room was cozy and colourfully decorated, I had a restful sleep. Thea herself (and her dad, who let me in for check-in!) is supremely warm and friendly, she was also exceptionally flexible with check-in - she offered me to enter the room way early for my remote work convenience. She also gave extensive tips, I can’t recommend her b&b enough and it’s the first option I’ll check when I next visit the Eternal City. Thank you Thea ✨

Host is such a great lady, she is responsive and very helpful. She has kept this B&B in a very neat & clean condition. Everything is new (cutlery, furniture, amenities). Perfect place to live. Easily accessible by Metro Line A …just 5-10 minutes of walk. Smooth check-in with a calm environment. Highly recommended 💯 👍 Review readers ! Don’t think just book it…perfect for a family stay. The highlight of this accommodation is the location, in a beautiful, safe and excellent area for getting around Rome. The property is easy to find, with self check-in and therefore flexible. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, and Francesca is very kind and helpful. I would gladly return for my next stay in Rome, highly recommended!

Andrea surpassed our expectations by being generous of his time and his knowledge of Rome. He was so helpful and kind to us. We are two sisters who had the most beautiful adventures and we felt safe and guided through our stay. Being at a walking distance from the metro made it so much easier to get around. What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Very well located accommodation (near the Colosseum) and at the same time the surroundings are very quiet. Special mention to Francesco, who responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Totally recommended for getting to know Rome, thanks for everything!

Really perfect location, almost opposite the subway entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them 🥰
