Perfect stay! Teresa is a great communicator and is very accommodating. Her home is inviting and refreshing. It was also functional and had what we needed for a family of 4+ our dog. Teresa has created wonderful purposeful spaces to relax, especially the backyard. Only a short walk to a beautiful beach and spectacular sunsets. So great!!

Was a nice quiet house perfect for a quick weekend getaway out of the city with an amazing view of a nice lake in the back. Had a great time.

We stayed five days right before the season started. It was myself, husband, 3 year old and two dogs. It was really wonderful that they were so dog friendly and allowed them to join us. The house was great. The yard was beautiful and fully fenced in. They are about ten minutes to the town part of cape May where we would go for dining and shopping but also located a similar drive to wildwood where we were able to go to the brewery. We had a wonderful stay

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach you need to stay here... The house itself is clean and comfortable with more than enough space for a group or family. The location was 10/10... you get a large grass and patio area in the front of the house and in the back you have a lovely quiet beach, a patio and a rooftop patio and a hot tub with lots of clean and comfortable outdoor furniture (tables, couches, cushions, pillows, and two lounge chairs on the rooftop patio). No issues with parking you park right outside the house. The location was perfect you can walk to local restaurants, convenient stores and a wawa close by. And only about a 20 minute drive to Washington street mall in cape may (awesome place to visit and walk around go shopping and eat). My favorite part of the trip was being able to watch some BEAUTIFUL sunsets every night from the backyard... Truly an amazing property and perfect quiet location. I have zero complaints. Thank you to the owners for sharing!

We stayed for a weekend at NJ shore escape and although the weather was not as warm as we had wanted, our stay was wonderful. The home is very comfortable, clean, and homey. We were able to use the hot tub on our first night, and it was very relaxing with the waterfront view. Salvatore was easy to reach and provided good info on what restaurants and shops were in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Jersey shore, minutes from LBI and Atlantic City by car. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

We had fantastic stay! Great accommodations & amenities (hot tub, fire pit, billiards table), clean space, peaceful area, large beautiful fenced backyard for our pet, very helpful and responsive host.

An absolute perfect stay! It was clean, spacious and located near everything you want and more! I couldn’t say enough good things and their communication was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Jacki's home was so lovely and perfect for a weekend getaway with some friends. We brought our dog who absolutely loved the fenced-in yard and extra loved the mountain of toys stocked in the house!

Wonderful retreat with beautiful views, perfect for couples/families who enjoy outdoor spaces and close to historic Batsto and Allaire. Cabin was as pictures and description said.

The property was spacious and beautiful! The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative! They even dropped us off a wifi router for the weekend, which was so incredibly kind! I would happily stay here again, what a wonderful host and home!

This was THE BEST space for a girls weekend. The decor, the outside space and the overall energy of the cottage was exactly fit for our group of 3 friends and two young girls! There were hidden extras that we didn’t even find until our last day. We all kept saying how much we LOVED the space throughout our time there. We envied the decorators eye skill for bringing it all together. Laying outside on the hammock, underneath the maple tree with the sounds of the seagulls and the bumblebees buzzing in the blooms?! Talk about zen. The outdoor space is perfect! The Cottage is stocked to the brim and had everything you might need and more. Camilla was so proactive and helpful throughout the process. It served as the perfect home base for our adventures to Cape May and Wildwood!

By far the best place we’ve ever stayed! Teresa was amazing at communicating from the moment we booked, during, and after our stay at her beautiful bayside cottage on Arbor Road. The moment we walked through the door, we felt at home and at peace. The decor was amazing! Relaxing natural wood tones filled the space with a mix of new and gorgeous vintage pieces and artwork. The space was cozy yet super spacious. Perfect for our family! Outside the house was a convenient outdoor shower and patio space where we grilled and cooked s’mores. Every morning we walked to the bay which was basically like our own private beach steps away. In the evening we drove into nearby Cape May and Wildwood Crest for dinner and shopping which was less than a 10 min drive away. We were so comfortable at the home, that we really did not want to leave to go anywhere. It was absolutely so cozy and comfortable. Thanks so much to Teresa for making our stay so ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We will hopefully be back soon! xo

This house was exactly what we needed for our family getaway! It’s spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a big group — with plenty of bathrooms, private bedrooms, and a great kitchen for cooking meals together. The outdoor area was a big bonus, especially since it’s fully enclosed and pet-friendly (a must for us!). We loved having space to relax outside with comfortable furniture and room for our pup to roam. The location is super convenient — close to the main road, outlet shopping, and grocery stores, with quick access to both downtown and the beach. It’s not within walking distance of main attractions, so keep that in mind, but if you don’t mind a short drive, it’s ideal. Parking was easy with space for at least two cars. The hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this home for a comfortable, stress-free stay with family, friends, and furry companions!

We loved our stay here in Wildwood! The neighborhood was quiet and walkable, which was perfect for us as we brought our dogs! Friendly neighbors! We were close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of local restaurants and shops. Mary was accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would recommend this booking and would absolutely return!

Definitely will go back again. Such a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The house and yard were perfect for the dogs. They enjoyed running around the entire house. Vlad and Inga were very responsive. I personally enjoyed a break for my birthday. Plan to visit with some of my grandkids. They will love the beach and riding bikes in a peaceful neighborhood. I live in a quiet neighborhood myself, but this was just the break I needed. Thank you both!

Rizza's place in Somers Point was the perfect place for our cousins getaway this year. We enjoyed the house and loved the location. So close to everything! Ill definitely be back!

The best house in Cape May. Hands down. The location, the beautiful outside of the house and when you go inside it’s even more gorgeous. It’s truly a special gem. It’s way more spacious than photos show in my opinion. Everything was easy and the set up was great for our family. We’ll definitely want to stay again! We had an absolutely lovely time at Tanya's cottage. She was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed beforehand. The place was *so* cozy and cute; my wife and I really enjoyed the hammock and outdoor fine pit! The bikes also made getting around a breeze, and the beach was a 2 minute walk -- just delightful! Would love to stay again anytime.

The cottage is super cute! I like the eclectic decor, big yard for the kids and pups, steps away from the beach. My family had a wonderful weekend disconnecting from the world and simply enjoying one another’s company. This stay is on our do-over list!

This house was perfect for my family to enjoy Memorial Day weekend by the Jersey shore. My family (wife and 2 kids) had never been here before and Melissa knocked it out of the park. We spent one day in Cape May and one day at Wild Woods beach. Melissa had plenty of food suggestions and every place we went to was perfect. The house was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The parking was easy and everything we wanted to do was close. Thanks so much. We will be back.
