Close to the beach, this 2 bedroom has a POOL (May-September) & a washer/dryer. Primary has a King sized bed, 2nd BR has 2 single beds, sofa has a Queen sleeper. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEETS & TOWELS. No smoking. Check-in at 1pm, check out at 10am. Pets considered on a case by case basis, additional fees will apply. Summer Season runs Memorial Day to Sept 26.

The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Katie’s place was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed, and we were so happy with our stay. Although the pool was closed since we visited in April, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the trip. We were just a short walk from the beach, and Katie even sent over some amazing restaurant recommendations that we really appreciated. We truly loved spending spring break in Avalon with the kids and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Bayfront Heart of AV

We had a lovely stay! The views from the back decks were beautiful. We spent a lot of time lounging out there. The garage had enough beach chairs for everyone and we enjoyed taking out the kayaks and paddle board. We had a group of 10 adults that fit comfortably. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived (we may have been the first to use it as it was May) but Joe had the issue addressed timely! Would definitely stay again!
