Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

One of the best places I've stayed at - very special location. Only issue we had was a contankerous TV remote which froze and required the unit be reset continuously - otherwise a perfect property.

Sandy is a great host, made everything very easy for us to use, ping pong table and arcade machine was fun, fire place in the backyard made for a chilled space.

Although only here 1 night, and not at the property a lot we had a great stay and everything we needed was easy. Nice and cosy and great to be able to have our dog with us

The property exceeded expectations. everything was beautiful from the scented candles to the gorgeous bedding. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my hens night was perfect. She even gave me a beautiful wine glass as a gift and extended our check out so we could enjoy a much needed sleepin. We intend to return for a getaway in hotter months to take advantage of the pool and stay longer than one night. This was the best air bnb we have stayed at. the host was very friendly and responsive. highly recommended.

The house is charming. Designed and built with love. If you need a good dose of nature and tranquillity this is perfect The hosts were excellent. Very thoughtful and expedient in responses to my questions. Nice touch having this rustic place .. yet being able to watch netflix We loved our time here and definitely look forward to coming back. Modern house with a very nice outlook. Highly recommend this house.

From the moment you unlock the gate and drive through the trees up the hill to the house and catch the panoramic views for the first time.. wow. The house has a great layout and feel, from the mud room at the front, top the decking out back, the living and kitchen area is fantastic, this off grid home is very comfortable, the fire place made it feel very cozy and warm for our winter stay, the view out the huge glass window is forever changing a perfect setting for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine, we had this luxury for a few nights, entertained with fiery red sky's sunsets too storm clouds rolling through our stay was just brilliant, slowing down and enjoying our surroundings, watching kangaroo and sheep grazing perfect way to unwind and switch off from our busy working lifestyles, reluctantly our stay came to an end, we will be rebooking at a future date that for sure..

The cottage was gorgeous, everything is so clean. So peaceful, with great amenities, and OMG the cookies are amazing (thanks Anna)! It was a cold day but Anna had the heater and the cottage was toasty warm. Park right by the cottage. A delightful stay. Highly recommended.

Brendon’s place is beautiful! The view is gorgeous and it was such a lovely stay. The fire made the house especially cosy and we loved having brekkie on the deck enjoying the sun. Brendon is also super kind and helpful. Really appreciated his responsiveness and how he ensured we had everything we needed.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the calm water just outside our window was magical, as was the serene sunset. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing two-night stay, including a cheese platter provided. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway right on the water!

Perfect Birthday gateway trip 🥰 I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy farmhouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The house is tastefully decorated with modern comforts, making it the perfect mix of country living and convenience. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic—perfect for morning coffee on the porch or evening walks under the stars. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and every room was spotless. Our hosts Ann and Kevin were warm, responsive, and thoughtful, even leaving a welcome treat like brownie ,local bread and wine . Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the countryside, this farmhouse is a perfect choice. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family again . Sea House is such a magical place from the gardens to the views, beach access and the comfort of the house made our stay really wonderful and the balm we needed. Liz was gave great information before we arrived and was really responsive. Can’t wait to get back.

Excellent experience and very peaceful. Lisa went above and beyond over my expectations. Left homemade baked treats for me on the kitchen table. offered to change linens after having to extend my stay. Kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, etc. Approved my request to extend my stay promptly. If you spend a lot of time in cities I encourage you to step outside at night and take in the incredible view of the stars and sky. PS be very careful driving towards Tumbarumba especially after dark the animals are out and everywhere however it is a nice little drive when you hit the canyon!

We check in time was a bit late, but we found the place easily. There were many oyster shell decorations, showing how much the owner cares about the place. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant night. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, I saw the beautiful view outside!! Unfortunately, we had to leave quickly due to our schedule. It's a great place, and I would definitely come back.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Paul and Julie's place! We loved the location on their property, being able to hear the ducks and birds, and then being able to go for a stroll around the property to meet the sheep, goats, chickens and of course, the very welcoming dogs! We loved every minute of our time there! Both Paul and Julie were wonderful to chat with and time quickly went by while we were deep in conversation about Julie's garden and chocolate business. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again as the location was within short driving distance of Palmwoods which had the surprising restaurant Piggyback - amazing asian inspired food in a casual environment (think Spirit House quality and flavours in a more casual environment). Thanks Julie and Paul for sharing your little piece of the world with us :-)

The hosts were very responsive and proactive in setting the place up just how we needed to support our young family. Their descriptions and instructions were spot on and checking in was very straight forward.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this beautiful cabin! The location was perfect — right next to the lake, and just a short walk from the Indian Coffee House restaurant, which was a great bonus. The cabin itself was very well-organized, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature made it the ideal getaway. Excellent cabin in a lovely tranquil location. Great hosts with everything that you need in the cabin plus more, to have a relaxing time outside of the city. Great for fishing and beach walks, close to amentities if you need to stock up on food too.

I loved my stay at this beautiful cabin! The design was perfect, and everything felt so peaceful. The hot tub was a highlight—especially under the stars and during sunset. I woke up to birds singing and even saw kangaroos in the morning, which was magical. The bonfire at night and the olive trees around the property added to the charm. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Such a relaxing and memorable getaway

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.
