I don’t quite have the words to describe how much we loved our stay at Eucalyptus house and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a little quiet getaway. The house was even more beautiful in person, with so many small touches that just made the trip. The indoor fireplace was my personal favourite as it kept me and 8 girls warm all week. Thanks so much Mark and Dale, we hope to come back again!

Just a beautiful place, to be honest, the pictures don’t to it justice, it was so much more. The location of the bush block is so peaceful, the architecture, build, timbers used, soft furnishings and attention to detail on every level is sublime. We had a lovely stay. Check in was easy. It’s a cosy, clean and comfortable space. We loved all the wonderful art around the property. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the deck. It was a short walk into town and just around the corner from the Mill market. We could hear our neighbours easily but they weren’t there for the whole weekend.

Penni is a lovely host! And the property is a hidden gem! And the possums, oh my goodness, they are adorable. We look forward to feeding them and the kangaroos every time we come and stay at Penni’s place.

Bride’s chalet exceeded our expectations. The location was so peaceful and very private. We loved the log burner which warmed the chalet beautifully. We would absolutely love to stay again.

The cottage is located in a peaceful ambient, which makes it a right place to unwind and relax. We enjoy very much during our stay for 2 nights, Im lucky enough to spot a kangaroo jumping across in front of me along the walking trail. There are number of lovely animals around the cottage, it is so lovely to listen to bird chirping every morning. We also love the wood burning heater in the cottage, we can enjoy the chilly and cozy night in a homey vibe. Also new skill picked up as it is our first time setting up a wood burning heater heheh. Definitely recommend to everyone who loves nature and peaceful living!

We stayed for my friend’s 40th birthday girls’ getaway! We loved this quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of home. We enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings, the nearby walk trail, and we just loved the clean, cosy and inviting home! It was the perfect place to spend a quiet weekend away eating, drinking, and resting! Great location near restaurants and bars too! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! We booked the Bangalow Barn and Barnita for a weekend away with family. From the start of our stay we felt extremely welcome, we arrived to the fire crackling and a bottle of red. The property is stunning with the highlights being the path down to the creek, and the outdoor baths on the decking. The fenced decking was perfect for containing our two dogs and toddler. Overall a wonderful stay with a very attentive host.

Enjoyed our family holiday for the week. Beautiful home with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The fireplace was most welcome with the chillier evenings.

Love the space as well as the variety of animals that show up around.

We had a lovely moment for 2 days in this house . We were amazed to see how huge is this property! The peace and the quietness surrounded by this area is unbelievable. Perfect place to disconnect from city and hear on the birds songs.. mattresses very comfortable and the chimney definitely the star of the place ! The Kitchen 100% equipped , you even have a capsules coffee machine, gas bbq and woods. The King bedroom with outdoor bathroom remind us a bit of Indonesia . Sauna super clean and the living room spacious to share a lovely moment. Thank you very much , your Airbnb is my favourite one so far ! The only things I’d say it’s maybe more cleaning products for wc or kitchen dishes like sponges . And with a jaccuzi it would made the weekend better to relax but you have the Sauna instead 😊.

We arrived when it was dark and were wowed by the views in the early morning - even better than the pics represented! Decent size for a couple to enjoy a grand vista but also appreciated the quick, easy access to Mullumbimby.

Thank you Tyson for having us stay in your beautiful cottage! We found it wonderful and cozy- perfect in this winter weather. The beds were all very comfy, although we found the ‘sofa bed’ too short to sleep on. The heater system worked very well, and we made great use of the backyard woodfired pizza oven too! Such a treat. Make sure to bring your own wood, as there were only 2 pieces when we arrived, but it was easy enough to find some in town :) Overall a wonderful stay in a great location!

We had the best weekend at the property. Katherine was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is the most beautiful home and we used it for staying nearby a wedding of our friends over the weekend and it was perfect for a relaxing retreat for us and our friends. We were very comfortable and had a 10/10 time and hope to go back again as soon as possible. Thank you so much Katherine

“The Bear” Roundhouse is an absolute delight. Super cosy with floor heating and a wood heater, huge bed, and stunning views down the valley towards Cygnet, which can be enjoyed from the big outdoor bath on the deck. The rammed earth, curved construction adds to the charm, which you can only experience being there, the photos just can’t do the place justice. Highly highly recommended stay for families with the greatest, cosy kids bunk room I have ever seen, and friendly goats to feed in the field next door. Scottee was great with communication, checkin was super easy, and he even had some homemade produce ready for us on arrival. A perfect place to stay and enjoy the Huon area. Thanks Scottee, will definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Stunning home for a weekend getaway with friends! The location and views are breathtaking - we even spotted whales breaching from the patio! The build of the house is 🤌🏼; everything is so well thought out and beautifully presented with sturdy furniture and ample storage. Kitchen amenities were great, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces were put to good use as was the hot tub overlooking the ocean. We were well looked after by the host whose communication was reliable and friendly and he even accommodated some extra needs for us. Would 100% recommend to friends and family!

Jeffs place was in a great location. Only thing we didn't realise there is nothing close by for groceries etc unless you want to pay a fortune for supplies at the little general store. Apart from that great location.

The property is beautiful and Melanie’s promises about wildlife were spot on! Highly recommend if in need of a retreat and some R&R. The weekend we went was wet and cold, but the fire was toasty and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied. It was also just a short drive from a couple of general stores so had no issues getting supplies.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The cottage was perfect, full of charm & character. So many interesting thinks adorn the walls and mantles making it have a very creative feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, I especially loved the canopy above it, felt so romantic. Lauren is a wonderful host and her communication was spot on and friendly. Lots of little extras set aside for us which made our stay special. Highly recommend it and hope to be back some time in the future. Thanks again Lauren, your cottage is very special 💕

The place is a dream! Wonderful place for the 7 of us, and we really enjoyed the amenities, which included a full hot tub/spa, kayaking in the lake, a pit fire, a super furnished kitchen and welcome pack. Superhost Sharlene was very proactive and helpful, we requested extra heaters and it was sent to us in double time! Definitely a return trip next year!

All of our expectations were exceeded. This is possibly the best b&b we've ever stayed in before. Amanda and Claude were most welcoming hosts. So much love and passion has gone into the property - quite apparent from the moment we arrived. The location is very convenient, just off the A1 and very close to the rail trail. We enjoyed cycling in both directions - both Nowa Nowa and Orbost. The mudbrick cottage has every amenity we could dream of, and then some. The garden and its bird life is something to treasure. A visit is highly recommended. This place is a treasure.
