Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Augusta

Corey’s place was perfect for our long Memorial Day weekend in Farmington! He was very responsive to messages. The house was clean and decorated with adorable Maine memorabilia. We would definitely stay at Corey’s again!

If you want a private, well furnished home in the woods with fishing access on the stream and 2 fire pits this is your place!! Staying at this house made a work trip for my crew and I, feel like we were on vacation for 2 nights while staying there. Worth the money and great hosts!

We loved staying at this location! The setting was private and peaceful. The house was beautiful and it seemed like they had thought of everything. It was great to have the canoe and kayaks and of course we also loved the indoor and outdoor showers and indoor and outdoor fire options. This place was a splurge but I would say definitely worth it!

We loved the Nifty House! It has everything you need and more. It’s quiet, peaceful and the king bed is so comfortable. My young son is autistic and he felt right at home. He can’t wait to come back!

I wanted a peaceful place by the water to unwind and Maggie’s home nailed it. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The deck views were amazing—islands, ospreys hunting, and a duck and her ducklings feeding along the shoreline. At low tide we poked around in the sand at the bottom of the rocks, and could have easily walked out to the center of the bay but it was juuuust a bit chilly for us. Easy to drive, park and walk along beach on the Atlantic side and explore. We didn’t have time to kayak but hope to be back to give it a go. So much beauty and nature, but with all the amenities that make it easy to relax. Maggie was responsive, and she and her family obviously care very much for the property. Check the propane BEFORE you plan to grill :), and bring flip flops to easily get from the house to the grotto (which was so comfy and cozy) and back again.

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Diane was amazing - very fast response with all questions, beautiful property, location, amazing front lawn that leads down to the fire pit and waterfront. We had a blast and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when back in the area.

We had a great stay at Sumners place. It's location is very cool being right downtown but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. He has it set up with everything you need and more. We appreciated his friendliness and great communication!

The spot was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with an easy walk to downtown. Hot tub was great too! We appreciated the privacy in the back area and the flexibility to bring our dog as well.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, safe, clean, well-stocked and adorable place to stay in mid-Maine, I 100% recommend! It’s a quick drive to Camden which is chock full of restaurants, shops and a view of the water. It’s also a perfect central place to drive up or down the coast on your adventures. Cat was a great host and was able to answer any questions I had.

This was by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was a perfect amount of space, which was beautifully curated down to the finest detail. The entire space and experience is clearly a labor of love. We felt very comfortable and at home. Emily and Mark clearly went out of their way to think of EVERYTHING a guest might need. I would even say the photos don't do it justice. The refrigerator was stocked with snacks and breakfast food, there was a dress steamer in addition to an iron, there were small toiletry additions and robes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole process was super simple and easy. I would highly recommend you stay here and if we are ever in Maine again I will make a point of coming back to Emily and Mark's place.

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

I cannot say enough about Nancy, the unit I stayed in, or her hospitality! This apartment was perfect and cozy for my visit, with lots of personal touches and extras - if you need it, she’s already thought of it and has it ready for you. She was also very accommodating when my flight was cancelled and I had to shift my days around a bit. The personal touches were perfect - I had farm fresh eggs for breakfast and some delicious muffins too. A wonderful stay, thank you! I will most definitely be back! ❤️

Really enjoyed my extended stay. Spring was so accommodating and reached out throughout my three week stay to check-in and make sure I had everything I needed. The property was tucked away, but right in town making it walkable, but also private. This is a great spot to stay with an awesome host!

Grace’s studio is a delight. Was so comfortable and full of thoughtful touches. Grace stocked the kitchen with organic coffee, a fresh container of half and half, which was so generous of her. I have never encountered that in my travels. There is everything, shampoo, soap and even a little sewing kit! There are lovely artistic touches around the unit. The view of the river was sublime and the location is quiet. Close to everything, walkable, great bookstore, good restaurants, Bred in the Bone, superb. Fun shops. The unit is small. Perfect for 1, but 2 is possible. Thank you, Grace for a perfect stay.

Great stay

This is such a wonderful place to stay! it was so luxurious inside and was so well thought out. Alyssa had the cottage set up with all you could need, soaps, bug spray, sunscreen, and even portable chairs. we were passing through from kennebunkport and this was just the perfect secluded spot yet still right near all the good spots. we took a walk out on the beach and found some massive sea shells and had the best time as no one else was out! Not to mention this was one of the comfiest beds on our 7 stop roadtrip. Could have easily stayed here for a week straight and been just as happy!

We enjoyed our stay at Tyson’s. Lot’s of extra touches like fresh flowers, bottled waters, and ground coffee ready to go. Tyson had mini shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom too. The house was spotless. Our family was very comfortable for 3 days. The location being next to the freeway is noisy more so outside than inside but the AC unit fans covered it up well at night. And…..It did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay whatsoever. Great noodle house and coffee shop within walking distance.

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!

Kristin’s place was absolutely perfect for our summer adventures in the Conway area! I could see it being an amazing place for winter skiing as well. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and her communication was fantastic! We highly recommend Kristin’s home!! ❤️

You cannot beat the location with this rental. We love coming to Willard Beach with our pup, and when our old go-to BNB stopped renting we were so worried we wouldn’t find another. But this condo worked out so perfectly in terms of location (across the road from both Scratch Bakery and Willard Scoops, comfortable walk to the beach with several entrance options) and the actual comfort of the condo itself. The proximity to the beach was really a plus for us, as we didn’t have to get up as early to make the dog friendly beach hours! Host is responsive, and any household items (eg. soap, coffee filters) that were missing from the condo we could easily run down to get from Hannaford. The downsides: It is on a second floor walk up, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. Hand railing is odd too. Bit pricey, couldn’t swing a full week this time around as the price shot up dramatically when I added Friday to the duration. But overall, really lovely!
