The house inside has a good smell of woods which makes you feel relaxed and cozy. Also natural hot spring will make your stay more special! Ajiro is the small town of Atami and has so many yummy local restaurants and great activities such as fishing and water activities at the beach. Here is where you will be able to get relaxed the entire time. You need to walk up stairs but I am sure it is worth it...you will see the great ocean view up there!
