Our villa is located in a vacation home in a national park. The grounds are 3,000 square meters, and the building is 600 m2. The living room is over 100 m2 and has a 180-degree view of the sea. When visibility is good, you can see six of the seven islands of Izu. This villa is We ask that at least 8 people use it the day before holidays and during high season. It can accommodate up to 16 guests. The garden has views of Mt. Omura and the Tenjo mountains. Squirrels sometimes cross the trees in the yard, and in the spring, you can see cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can enjoy BBQ on the terrace overlooking the sea. (rental of ¥5,000 inclusive of barbecue grill equipment rental and gas) The living room, which exceeds 100 m ², overlooks the sea and overlooks the seven islands of Izu on a good day. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. The 20-tatami mat open atrium living room has a sofa, kitchen with a fireplace, loft, and a relaxing space.

It has a nostalgic atmosphere, reminiscent of the Showa era. There are many small roads called "Kodo" in the area, and I recommend walking down the narrow roads to see them. You may find unexpected shortcuts. You can enjoy trekking, swimming, diving, fishing, and more. You can enjoy Japanese daily life.

There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.
