Beachfront holiday rentals in Atami

The host was very kind and had a comfortable stay.Thank you!The beautiful sea spreads out in front of us, and we were able to relax in a great location.It was three floors, but it was safe for a family with bad feet with an elevator in the building.We appreciated the amenities, including coffee and sweets. I'm curious about the sound of cars from the thin futon and the road just behind (I can't help it...). Also, there was no mention of it in the equipment section, but a hair dryer was provided!

I am a repeat guest. The size of the house and proximity to beach is what brought me back. Along with the ease of communicating with the host. Alex responded promptly and was clear in his communication. My group really enjoyed the outdoor space. Early mornings were so peaceful and relaxing and having the sunshade and umbrellas were welcomed protection from the sun allowing us to still enjoy outdoors.

It was a great escape to nature and beach to unwind and relax. The host was so kind and helpful, we enjoyed the BBQ, Breakfast, YOGA, beach front! The onsen was interesting lets say with alot of spiders and bugs and crabs, one huge spider the size of my hand started walking towards us in the onsen so we left as kids were scared. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches and the area. This beach is definitely the best beach in Shimoda and the cave was spectacular.

we had a fantastic stay and abhi and his wife were wonderful hosts. my family enjoyed the spacious home which is in the middle of the nature but close to the beach and close to nice cafes. we already want to go back ! thank you so much for the memories.

The location of the homestay is very good, you can see the sea when you open the window, it is great to sleep with the waves every day

It was my first summer vacation for my family after COVID-19. In a nutshell, great!!! Fantastic!!! Surrounded by mountains, the sea, and rivers, nature is really beautiful.People like me who live in the big city have escaped to places like this, and it was an unforgettable trip. The weather was unstable due to the typhoon, but on the other hand, the waves were so powerful that we couldn't take our eyes off.For those who are surfing, I thought it was the best fit. The seaside was right in front of my eyes, and when I liked it, I came to the beach and took a deep breath while relieving stress.This time, on a trip with pets, the dog was fine, and I ran around the beach and played. For pet owners, this is a reassuring place! Around the location, there are many restaurants and coffee shops. There is a lot of gratitude to the staff, including the landlord's guardhouse and his wife. They politely answered any question.My daughter is interested in yoga and the guardhouse (wife) They kindly taught me experience lessons by the sea.Thank you very much. BY the sea in a harsh natural environment, I think it will be difficult to maintain the facility.I will continue to wish you all the best for your prosperity. We were able to communicate smoothly with a nice renovated room. The sea was in front of us, so we had fun playing with the children.I hope to see you again soon.

It was the best space for sea lovers because it was very scenic and you can really go to the beach!! There was also an entrance directly connected to the shower in my room, so it was very convenient to be able to enter and exit even if it was full of sand or in a swimsuit! The terrace that you can use freely is also really spacious and has a cafe-like atmosphere, so it's a waste to go somewhere!I want you to stay inside the cottage the whole time!I think so.😚 There was only a very kind and nice owner and staff to the dog! Surrounded by nature, insects come out of course.I don't really recommend it to people who don't like insects, but I highly recommend it to people who don't! There are a lot of nice lights on the terrace at night, so insects come naturally, so it's a good idea to bring insect repellent, etc.👌

Everything was beautiful and stylish. This time, we didn't use the BBQ equipment on the terrace, but there were some useful things, such as the grill and table and chairs. The kitchen area was particularly nice, and there was an abundance of tools and dishes, so I felt like I could do anything. This is true of any inn, but beware of rice mites. When I was checking in by myself, I typed in the password on the key screen next to the entrance and it wouldn't open at all, so I was about to give up, but then I looked behind me and saw a key box on the back wall, which was a relief. The owner was also very helpful, and I enjoyed this trip. Thank you so much.

I've been here many times, and it's my favorite place to stay.I left something at the inn this time, but it was very helpful that they handled it well.

A lovely spot in a quiet beach town, amazing views, stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great, a tub and shower with a great view. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for a couple nights towards the end of our trip to Japan. We arrived quite late from our previous stop, and the hosts were very accomodating of this fact. While we enjoyed our stay here, it's important to note that the accomodation is right next to a major highway. This didn't bother me, but my partner had some difficulty falling asleep with the noise - thankfully the host provided earplugs which helped! The area is very walkable and we stopped by some great restaurants & cafes.

The centennial building is old and beautiful, and very clean! Must have loved it if you like the original wood building💕 We have 8 people and two large cars. The stay is very comfortable. There is also a free car space for folklore ~ There are a total of four rooms, and the mattress can be slept on!

So amazing to wake up to that view and walk out onto the beach. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and the host was very helpful and friendly. There are body boards you can use for free. Only note for other guests is you cannot stand upright upstairs so that can be challenging with a young baby, but that is not the fault of the property!

The condo is located right off the main drag and directly across from a semi-private cove of one of the best beaches in Shimoda! The photos are true to life, the place was in pristine condition, all appliances worked out perfectly, and the bedding was super comfortable! Cheryl is a great hostess! The one thing we wish we could have changed was the weather, as it was misty and windy during our stay, and then of course, the sun popped out the day we had to leave :( Hoping we can get a do-over and land Cheryl's place again some day!
