great price, plentiful spaces, helpful and friendly host

This place was in a great location of town closer to entrance to the town and by the Basilica of San Francesco. The views from the top floor were great! The bedrooms were spacious. It was helpful to have a kitchen although we didn’t use it besides the fridge which was a good size. We knew the bathroom was small especially the shower when compared to what we were used to in the USA but it worked out and did the job. The unit is at the top floor of the building which has a couple flights of stairs to climb up but the views made it worth it and I think it was a bit quieter from being higher up too as the roads are busy during the day with cars driving by. We all slept well and weren’t bothered much by the cars in the evening as it is a bigger road for Assisi. We would definitely rent this place again. Remember to bring some euros for the travelers/visitors tax.

Great place to stay for nearby and famous towns in the region. Monica was really kind and professional in ensuring that everything from stay to communication to check-in was done without any hitch. A recommended experience!

This was truly a gem of a place to stay in the heart of spello! Stefania picked us up from the train station and was flexible enough to come at the time we needed due to changes in train times. She even impressively packed her tiny little car with all of our luggage (we had a lot) including us and drove us right to the doorstep of the stay. The inside was beautiful and well kept, the beds & pillows were very comfy, beautiful views from the windows. She even provided a beautiful crib for our baby. She made herself very available to get a hold of if we needed anything. And she even met us at checkout to drive us back to the spello train station! I would pay more to stay here if I could. If I come back to spello, it’s not a question whether I’ll be coming to Stefania’s place again!

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

The small and cozy house is equipped with everything. The possibility of parking in the gate is the best for Perugia. There is also a small garden with a bench and umbrella that we did not use because the time of the stay was very short. In short, everything was perfect.

Really new apartment with private parking and easy access, super responsive host with great tips on what to do in the area. Nice feature the HUE lighting on all the apartment. Really quiet place where to relax but still close enough to the city center by car!

Christian and his family are the friendliest hosts ever!! We had an awesome time in our visit; the infinity pool is amazing and the views are incredible. We loved it here!

This a perfect place to stay while visiting Spello. The apartment is a short walk to the old historic city, pastry and coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops and grocery store. There is also a good winery about 2 miles from the apartment. The hosts are exceptional. As we arrived, we were greeted with a large bowl of fruit, sparkling wine, a container of cookies, and everything you need for cooking including coffee, milk and other staples. The apartment is very comfortable and roomy with two decks to enjoy the sun. Communication was also excellent. I got instant replies to my questions. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Absolutely beautiful little cellar just a couple minutes from the heart of Spello. We were so happy to have spent the night there, with an awesome kitchen to cook in, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed! I’d say it was about the size of a large Queen, with available A/C fan and windows (but you really didn’t need it!) Maria was so kind and responsive, and the checkout process was simple! Such a great value for the money, we would absolutely stay again!

This was one of my greatest Airbnb experiences ever. Clara was so kind and helpful. She even drove me to meet her son and see his amazing sheepdog training farm. The room was centrally located near the main square in Cortona and is well laid out. There is an elevator which I appreciated. The town is a gem. I have visited Tuscany for over 25 years and this is the loveliest, most picturesque town of any I have seen. I will definitely be back.

very nice location... reachable in terms of the tourist towns Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. we highly recommend it for those who want to spend a weekend in absolute tranquility not to mention the pool at your complete disposal. highly recommend for those who want to have a wonderful weekend Thank you again we will consider in case we want to come back.

Great value for money

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

We were warmly welcomed by Monica, with her overwhelming energy, and Renato, with his irresistible aplomb. Two kind, attentive and authentic people who know how to make you feel right at home. Our two Weimaraners immediately felt at ease, welcomed with affection and freedom. Il Capolinea is surrounded by greenery, perfect for slowing down and rediscovering the pleasure of the little things. The pool invites you to relax, perhaps with an aperitif at sunset. A few minutes away, a hill offers a spectacular view of the lake, which is breathtaking. Every detail is lovingly cared for, creating a warm and regenerating atmosphere. Staying at the Capolinea is breathing the energy of a dream come true: Monica and Renato have created an authentic place, where you can enjoy nature, good food and true human connections. We'll be back soon. We'll miss you so much😘!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.
