Holiday rentals with breakfast in Assisi

Abbiamo soggiornato il weekend del 1 giugno. La casa piccola ma ben studiata, Fortunato ci ha spiegato tutto in modo esaustivo, facile da raggiungere e comoda per riprendere l'autostrada. A due passi da Assisi. Se devo ripassare da lì ci tornerò sicuramente.

We had a 3 night's stay at Angela's place. We felt like home as soon as we arrived. It really is in a perfekt spot, out of the bedroom window a beautifull view but also very close to the city center. The hosts provied some welcome gifts and also some food for your first night there wich is very convenient. To get too the AirBnb can be quiet tricky but in my opinion it is not. Angela gave us clear instructions where to go and how to find and answerd quickly on our messages. We had a wonderfull stay there and would definitly recommend you Angela as an host for you stay in Perugia.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in Umbria, l' appartamento perfetto a misura per due persone è fornito davvero di tutto (è la prima volta che in bagno troviamo anche gli spazzolini!!!)... letto comodissimo con due cuscini,TV con Sky e Netflix...il giardino in totale sicurezza è un must per chi come noi viaggia con coppia di quattro zampe medio taglia al seguito (a proposito a disposizione anche ciotole cuscino e materassino se si dovessero dimenticare!)... L' esperienza con Michela è stata molto positiva, perché attenta , pronta e premurosa... non possiamo che consigliare!!!

La casa è molto accogliente e ampia. Si trova al centro dell'Umbria e consente di raggiungere in un massimo di un'ora quasi tutte le località della regione. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, il letto è comodo, la zona è silenziosissima. Il doppio bagno (uno di servizio) è molto funzionale. Bello anche il giardino (con barbecue) anche se noi non ne abbiamo fruito. Una bella terrazza può essere sfruttata per mangiare all'aperto in estate. Ottimo anche il parcheggio. Andrea è stato sempre molto gentile e ha sempre risposto ai messaggi tempestivamente.

Great views. very comfortable, and pleasant. A walk to everything. Loved the space, love the little terrace balcony with a fantastic view overlooking the city and the mountains.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Om het complex ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ons terras bij het appartement had een heel mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Het appartement is schoon en leuk ingericht. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamento a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Silvia host molto simpatica e cordiale prova subito a metterti a tuo agio ed é molto disponibile nel fornirti aiuto se ti manca qualcosa in casa. Carino il giardinetto suo retro che può essere usato liberamente; ottimo il parcheggio incluso nella prenotazione esattamente di fronte alla struttura. Consigliato

Spello is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of great food options and Walter's unit is in a great position to enjoy everything Spello has to offer. The recommendations within Walter's guide are great to follow as well. We ate at the majority of restaurants recommended and enjoyed all of them. Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are great day trips as well. Walter and Sonora are great communicators and were quick to respond when we needed anything. Would stay here again. The unit we stayed in had plenty of space and was everything we needed for a week at Spello.

Dieses Appartement ist nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man… … 54 Treppenstufen nicht in Kauf nehmen möchte … Abends gerne früh ins Bett geht und es nicht mag, wenn die Straße mit Leben erfüllt ist … keine Terrassen mag, die den ganzen Tag Sonne haben Ansonsten kann ich mir keine zentralere/bessere Location vorstellen, wenn man in das Tag- und Nachtleben von Perugia eintauchen möchte. Einzig beim Thema „Parken“ sollte man sich VORHER Informieren: es gibt wohl Parkhäuser die eine Monatsmiete anbieten, die weitaus günstiger ist als eine Woche für € 20,00/Tag.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. I will come back to this B&B.

We had the most amazing stay here. The property and view is breathtaking. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and make you feel like you're staying at a hotel (but with a more home like comfort). Breakfasts are delicious, and they even give you an option to pick what you want to eat when you arrive. Coffee options are excellent! Better than 10/10! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
