The stay was beyond amazing! The house is a perfect cove that fits the description perfectly. It had all the amenities we could ask for and more, and the host makes sure to provide for anything extra you may need too. 10/10 would recommend!

A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

The stay was beautiful and matched the description exactly. We stayed as a group of 9 people but the villa can accommodate 12 people very easily. The pool was also big and clean and was sufficient for us to hang and enjoy. The breakfast was also included in the stay and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our host also helped us with early checkin which was very considerate. The location of the property was so good that everything that you would wish to do in north Goa is literally 4-5 kms maximum. The beach is literally at a walking distance and all the good cafés and clubs are 7-8 minutes away. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it.

My suggestion is if u visit goa for vacations very much recommended property

1. The apartment is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering an incredible view. The highlight for me was the huge balcony—truly a space you’ll fall in love with. 2. All the amenities listed were provided, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi speed was so good. 3. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Sairaj, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in. Tapan, the caretaker, was extremely humble and took care of almost everything around the property. 4. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food joints just 5 minutes away from Titos Lane. The connectivity is excellent. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I genuinely loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

The only thing I would mention is the lake wasn't as I expected it through photos but that isn't the host fault.

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift.
