House holiday rentals in Assagao

We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

The villa is very spacious, well maintained with responsive and friendly hosts, felt just like home for our entire duration of stay, private pool along with all the provided amenities made our stay worthwhile. Perfect for 3 couples or a group of 8 bachelors. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles from the host, a haar (ps: idk the English version name for it) made of pebbles, mock-tails, and a cold towel. The host clearly gave us all the necessary instructions along with house rules. They had a spa service as well which we were unfortunately unable to avail due to our short duration of stay, the prices of spa were decent as well. The caretaker of property was friendly and made sure to prepare hot tea from time to time, cook basic food for us, and helped us in keeping in the place clean. Checkout process was smooth as well, overall it was an amazing experience for us, would love to visit again in future whenever possible.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

We had a fantastic family stay at Ikigai II in Vagator. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a huge pool that we all loved. The caretaker was kind and helpful, preparing a delicious breakfast for us every morning. The location in Vagator was ideal—close to beaches and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort and great hospitality in Goa!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Good stay at the villa, neat and clean house with room that we're ready to occupy. major places were nearby so apt location for restaurants bar beaches and tourist spots. highly recommend the place

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! There were 9 of us, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

Edlyn was very helpful and friendly. stay is located near to vagator beach. it is located on the main road but never felt like that as it was very peacful inside the house. 24hrs Hotwater, kitchen setup,power backup, parking is a plus point. This is the 3rd time iam visiting goa and this is the 1st time i got a stay with 100% satisfaction. Rooms were very clean, spacious and well maintained. It is 100% worth for what you pay. Finally Thanks to edlyn for early checkin. we will visit the stay next time for sure...🙂

A really cozy place to stay, with a great pool and spacious rooms! All the required amenities were available. The place was clean and really aesthetic! Great cafés at walking distance too. Looking forward to staying here again.

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect little escape and we would definitely love to come back again!

Amazing stay, vibhor made us feel very comfortable. Househelp is not available post 5 pm. Although that didn’t create any problem for us. Stay was really safe and homely.

Loved this Villa !! It is more beautiful than the Photos. The property is well-maintained and in a gated community with a great Vibes. The home was spotless, cozy and pristinely clean with big Terrace and spacious Balcony in both bedrooms. Kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook there. There is a high-tech water purifier, so you can save on buying mineral water bottles. The location is amazing and near to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The stay was extremely pleasant, Perfect ! Definitely one of the most well maintained Airbnb Properties, I have stayed in the last 3 years. The Host was very accommodating and went beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge. We appreciated Host’s quick responses, and helpful recommendations. Would definitely book again.

great place to stay and good amount of space to really land and feel like you can live here. jeveton was also super helpful and a kind host. with a scooter it's a great location for north or south goa.
